"You really don't have to give it back, it was a gift,"
Yoongi shrugs as Jimin sits beside him on one of the couches.
"I don't want it, I'm trying to change and I don't want something I got so greedy for," Jimin says, holding the watch out for the older to take.
Yoongi scoffs, crossing his arms before he takes the watch. He pulls jimin's arm closer to his before he clasps the watch back onto Jimin's wrist. "Just don't be dishonest with me, keep the god damn watch," Yoongi says, letting go of Jimin's wrist. "Besides you can look at the watch to keep track of time to be dependable."
It's been a compromise of how things are going to work between the two. To be more trustful their time together is limited to give one another space. They have to be able to meet each others needs and be dependable. It's all the types of things they want to work on to build their trust again.
They came to the conclusion that one of the main things is to follow through with what they promise. Calling when they say they'll call, being there when they say they will. Keeping promises and well... just being there for eachother. They have to be open with eachother.
Jimin plays with the watch around his wrist before sighing, looking at the time on it. "It's our curfew, I should get going," Jimin says, standing up from the couch.
"I'll walk you out," Yoongi says, following in suit as they walk out of the living room.
Yoongi opens the door for Jimin as the younger steps into the door way. He turns to Yoongi, rubbing his arm nervously. "I'm glad we can see each other today, maybe next time we can hang at my place."
"just give me a call, okay?" Yoongi smiles slightly.
"Will do, can you kiss me ?" Jimin asks full of hope and Yoongi tilts his head to the side.
"Gee, I don't think you're ready for it," Yoongi says and Jimin shakes his head.
"no, no I am," Jimin says and Yoongi scoffs, leaning over slightly.
"What if im not ready for it?"
"Then I understand and respect your decision," Jimin says, turning on his heels but Yoongi pulls him right back. He leans closer towards jimin's face.
He plants a small kiss on Jimin's cheek. It's enough for Jimin who smiles at him. "Thank you."
"I'll see you soon," Yoongi closes the door behind him as Jimin walks towards the elevator where his mother is walking out.
"Oh! Jimin you're here," she smiles, "patching things up with Yoongi?"
"Working on it, I'll see you at home," Jimin says, kissing her cheek.

Jimin unlocks the door to the apartment and sighs happily. He's really content with how things are going so far for the past weeks. They're making progress, the kiss on the cheek has been the first in the longest time.
He knows Yoongi asked him to call him when he got home so he pulls out his phone, placing it to his ear.
"So soon?" He hears Yoongi laugh slightly and Jimin blushes.
"I like spending time with you, and you know that," Jimin says, walking to his bedroom.
"I am a likeable person," Yoongi agrees and Jimin scoffs slightly.
"I'm starting to hear the cockiness again. we must be making progress huh?"
"I'd say we're about where we were when we first met."
"But you were a jackass back then, still kind of are sometimes," Jimin giggles, laying on his bed.
"Now you're the jackass here," Yoongi says in amusement.
Jimin bites his lip, thinking things over.
"So... since we're at that place... does that mean we're going have sex soon?" Jimin jokes.
"Now wait a second, we're doing things differently. If we do what we did the first chance then it'll end like it did before."
"That's true... so what are we going to do then?"
"No list, just loyalty and trust."
Jimin plays with his hair as he listens. "You're really different. You're anything but the stereotypical rich kid, you know that?"
"Thanks for noticing, even after we dated now you admit it, maybe you were just too preoccupied with Jungkook," Yoongi says slightly bitter.
"I'm sorry, you know that."
"I know and I forgive you Jimin, okay? Soon we can be back to how we were but better this time."
A large grin finds its way on jimin's face.
"Now I really want to see you again," Jimin hums happily.
"You just saw me."
"I guess you're just irresistible."
"I know," Yoongi laughs and Jimin can actually picture the older with a smirk on his face.
"Cocky," Jimin giggles.
"Only for you."
- Super short Kinda sad because I was disappointed about the reaction of the last two chapters. So imma just leave this here cuz the book is going to end in a couple chapters anyway
