• Play.
Just writing non-stop can be stressful so that's why we should take a break and play. Play with whatever you have, slime, fidget spinners, colouring books, if you still have legos, play with them, if you have friends or any family members with you, play some board games or Monopoly or Uno. Whatever that would put your mind of your work. Once you feel better, get back to writing. Hopefully, it might work.
• Spend time with people that makes you feel good.
Just like above, play something with them. Talk to them about something, maybe a meme or a funny episode that you witnessed or something that happened to you. Something that you can joke about with the people that makes you feel good and happy. Your internet friends can help too, talking about some stupid things that your favourite idols did. Do avoid people that criticise you about your writing. If they're going to put some negativity in you, forget them. Don't even bother.
• Take a break.
This is very important. It is always important to a consistent breaks in between writing. Let your brain take short breaks and recover itself. Maybe for every two hours you write, you take a half an hour break and during that time, go watch some TV, eat some snacks or have a meal if you haven't had any, take a power nap. Just let yourself cool down for awhile and then continue writing. Don't ever overwork yourself. It's always important to keep yourself healthy.
• Don't push yourself too hard.
Let's just face it. We are always aiming for perfectionism when we write and when it doesn't go how you want it to be, you just have a minor meltdown and start to feel like giving up. When you write something and it doesn't feel like it's perfect enough for your readers, you either delete everything and start again or exit the works section and just ignore it grumpily because it's not how you wanted it to be. So, don't push yourself too hard because it will just make it even more complicated for you.
