*14 years ago*

I played next to my foster home playground. I played with flowers. Little, tiny, colourful and pretty flowers.
"hey, Mila." said someone whispering and i looked behind me. It was Andrea. I looked around me so nobody could see me leaving. I went out of the little fence door.
"hey Andrea." i said hugging him and he hugging me back.
"are you ready for the adventures?" he asked and I nodded. We started to walk into the woods.
"oh look, my tooth came out." I showed him and he smiled.
"will the toothfairy come?" I asked and he nodded.
"I will be 9 next week, will you come to my party? My mommy misses you." he told me and i smiled.
"okay, I try."
He grabbed my hand so we could run to our tree house what we made together. I smiled to him my almost toothless smile. My parents were murdered four years ago when i was only one year old. Only who i have is Andrea and his family. They are like my family and i love them a lot.

*treehouse*

"hey, i have something for you." said Andrea sitting next to me. He handed me a bracelet what was made of wood.
"this is for you."
"but why?" i asked.
"oh Mila. One day our lives will go on different paths. This is for you so you will never forget me and so i could always be in your heart." he told me and a tear fall down on my cheek. I hugged him tightly.
"i will never leave you, never Andrea. You and your family are like family to me. I will never leave you."
"Mila." he whispered hugging me back.

*on Andrea's birthday*

"hey darling." said Andrea's mother when i walked in the kitchen.
"hey." i said and hugged her.
"Andrea is still sleeping but i made something for you." she said and suddenly i was so excited.
"i know your birthday is coming soon so i made you a princess dress." she told me and showed that.
"wow." i whispered.
"go put it on darling. Then we can suprise Andrea with a princess." i nodded and went to bathroom. She did my hair after i putted my dress on.
"so how are you sweetie?" she asked.
"could be better." i said shyly smiling.
"ready."
I walked to front of the mirror and looked myself. I looked so freaking pretty.
"wow." i whispered and one tear ran down my cheek what i wiped away quickly.

"happy birthday to youu, happy birthday to youuuu. Happy birthday dear Andreaaaa. Happy birthday to youuu!!" we sang to him walking into his room and holding a cake and presents. He woke up looking at me.
"wow, you brang me a princess." said Andrea and i smiled.
"thank you but today is your day Andrea." i said to him. He blew out the candles and we all cheered.
"let's go Mila, Andrea will get his party clothes on and we can make food for quests."

We were downstairs making food for Andrea's birthday party.
"can i eat this apple?" i asked.
"of course honey." said Andrea's mother.
"Mother i can't find my shoes." said Andrea's bigger brother Mathew. He is 12.
"Did you looked under your bed?"
"no." said Mathew.
"oh hey Mila." said Mathew hugging me from behind.
"SHE IS MINE!" yelled Andrea.
"hey Mathew." i said to him and he stepped back because Andrea was mad.
"are you okay?" asked Andrea when i was ready to take bite of my apple.
"yeah." i said. I was ready to take bite from that juicy apple when Andrea asked.
"are you excited?"
I nodded.
"can i eat my apple now?" i asked and he laughed.
"yeah Mila." he said and i took a bite of my apple when my tooth came out.
"ouch." i said. I saw blood on my apple.
"mom, Mila is bleeding." said Andrea.
"come here honey, it will be okay." she said and i drank cold water what i spilled out. I took that little tooth and looked at it. It was all white and so pretty.
"i am toothless now." i said smiling and Andrea's mother laughed.
"lets go upstairs and wait until quests come." said Andrea and i nodded.
"wanna run?" he asked.
"no, i better walk or my other tooth will come out." i said and we walked upstairs.

*Andrea's room*

"look, this is a box where we can hold our stuff, our memories." said Andrea handing me a box.
"i can put my tooth in there too?" i asked and he nodded. I putted my tooth in there and then i remembered something.
"this is my birthday present for you." i gave him a necklace made of wood. There were little moon with stars.
"thank you Mila." he said hugging me and giving me a cheek kiss.
"i love it." he said and i smiled.
"now lets go and party!" said Andrea and took my hand.
"wait Andrea!" i said when he started to reach for door knob. He turned to me with a questioning face. I pulled him closer to me and kissed him. He kissed me back. This moment was so funny, we are young kids but still, i started to feel something. I pulled myself back and smiled to him. He kissed my cheek and hugged me.
"lets go now princess." he whispered and i nodded.
