Part 3

Hey what are you doing here?? 

Tanu  turns. She saw a handsome man around 28. 

She was on the bank of a lake near the fort. She saw the lake yesterday. But can't visit it properly because it was very late when she saw the lake. So she come to here now. Actually she had to come in the morning. But after that pooja she was very tired. She completely forgot what was going on the pooja. She only remember that she went to there. When opens her eyes she was on her bed. It was 4 at evening. She wants some relief. So she asked sarla permission. 

He again asked : what happened?? What are you doing here at this ugly and dirty lake?? 

She looks at the lake. Yes it was a dirty. It's boundary walls are broken. Steps are also. All vegetation near the lake was dried. Even the lake was full of water it seems the plants were in a desert. But it was mysterious. She want to enter the lake. 

Don't you know Hindi.?? He teased her. 

Tanu : who are you? 

He laughed : you don't know me?? It's very funny. 

Tanu : why??  Aren't  you a film star ?? I think you are not so famous?? 

He : that's correct I'm not famous. But when I reached here I heard your voice. And it was my name you were spoken. 

Tanu : your name??  I don't know your name yet. 

he :  what? You called me in morning. But what,  you become unconscious then. T

Tanu : 'what again I lose consciousness. How many times I become tired and faint after coming this fort? May be he was correct I fainted during the pooja. So I can't remember anything. ' 

He : how do you feel now? 

Tanu  : much better. And by the way I was in an unconscious mind today. It was a pooja for my father's soul. So..

He : but how do you know my name? 

Tanu : I told you I don't know your name. 

He : okay. Now may I know your name?? 

Tanu : tanu

He : Tanu... I'm from archaeological department. And my name is rishi. Rishi Sing Bedi. 

Tanu : rishi... Rishi... 

Her eyes become teary. Her heart beat faster than normal. ' I know him. This is rishi. I know him. But who? '

Rishi : what happened?? Are you okay? 

Tanu tries to remember him. Her mind told her that she knew him. But she can't find anything about him in her memory. She angers to herself. In this fort she feels everything is familiar to her. But can't find any relation with her. 

Tanu.... 

They both turned. It was sarla. She was above the steps. 

Sarla : Tanu it's getting late. Come let's go. 

Rishi  : your mom is calling you. 

Tanu: I'm coming aunty. 

She told: I have to go now. She left.

Rishi : aunty...?  Who is she?
