"She has one broken rib, but she's very lucky because it came inches from hitting her lung which would've cause more damage." the doctor say leading me to the room y/n's in.
I step into the room, there she is... hooked up to all these tubes. She's lying down there peacefully with her eyes shut... she sleeps like an angel. She has a wrap around her ribs to keep them in place. I grab her cheek and kiss it. She flutters her eyes and opens them.

I feel someone kiss me, so I open my eyes and see Ethan.
"Hey beautiful." he says smiling.
"Hey..." you say quietly.
"How are you feeling?" he asks.
"I've definitely felt better." you say smiling.
He gives you a smile back.
"I told you to back off... I didn't want you to get hurt..." he says locking his eyes with yours.
"But she kept beating you and I didn't want you to get even more hurt." you say gripping his hand.
You guys just look into each others eyes before Eth breaks the silence.
"Please, promise me something... if there is ever a situation where you have to choose your life or mine... choose yours please." Ethan says.
"Eth..." I say but he cuts me off
"Promise me..." he says looking at me.
"I promise..." you say.
