Chapter 7

Kaoru's POV 

Hikaru and I were walking to the limo that was waiting for us to pick us up to go to an alliance meeting that our mom and Satanna and Satomi's mom hold every week. While we were walking, we stumbled upon Haruhi. "Yo! Haruhi!" Hikaru said running towards her. I hated the fact that one day Hikaru is gonna move on without me. I felt tears trickle down my face. I ran off to the place where we played kick the can with Kassanoda. I found the nearest tree, slumped down, and cried more.

Satomi's POV 

For some reason, I saw Kaoru run past Satanna and I with tears down his face. Worried, I followed him. Soon, I found him against a tree, crying. "Kaoru, what's wrong?" I asked. Kaoru lifted his head. "Nothing." He said. 

"Liar, tell me what's wrong."

"It's Hikaru. He's drifting apart from me."

I sat down next to my fellow younger twin. " So that's what this about." "I don't want to loose him so quickly." Kaoru said crying even harder. "Satanna and I are not as close as before either." I said. Next thing I knew it, I started crying myself. Kaoru and I just sat there, crying. " Satomi," Kaoru said with his voice breaking. I turned to him and held him close. "What's this for?" He asked.

"We both need a hug right now. As a younger twin, we both fear loosing our older twin...so sometimes we worry constantly about this subject. Maybe we need to spend this weekend apart from our twin."

"Why?"

"It won't be so hurtful once Satanna and Hikaru move on without us."

I let go of Kaoru. "How is this supposed to work?" He asked. "The two of us stay at Renge's while Hikaru and Satanna stay at Haruhi's." I answered, "I already talked to them, they're okay with it. I just need to tell them that there is gonna be a slight change."

"Okay Satomi, let's do it.
