Rotto Lei was the unborn and almost murder child of Riley and Otto. Rotto was born with nothing between their legs. Rotto couldn't pee. But that's okay.
Rotto was healthy besides the fact that they couldn't pee.
They had a tube surgically attached so they could pee.
It worked.
They can pee.
