Dinner or a Date?

We all hop in a rental car. "Where do you guys wanna eat?" I ask. "McDonald's duh," Corbyn said. "Yea McDonald's," Jack, Zach and Jonah say. "What about you Daniel?" I ask. He looks up from his phone. "A real restaurant," he says. "Ugghhhh no," Zach says. "Okay how about you drop me and Daniel off at a restaurant and you guys can go to McDonald's?" I question. Jacks face changes. He's jealous. "Whatever," Jonah says. "Alright cool drop us off up here," I say. We get dropped off and go in. We order and sit down. "It's kinda weird not being with the boys," Daniel says. It's kinda like a date. "Here's your food," the waiter says. "Oh thanks," I say. He walks away. "That was quick," Daniel says. "I guess it's quicker than McDonald's," I joke. "Yea," Daniel agrees. We eat and talk about the boys band and music and a little about me. All of a sudden Jack walks in. He looks mad. "Hey," he says trying to act not mad. He sits down. Daniel looks a little shocked. We talk for a minute. "I'm gonna go outside for a minute, I'll be back," I say. "Alright," Jack says smiling. He scoots closer to Daniel as I walk away. I walk outside for some fresh air. I see the rest of the boys. "Hey," I say. They look at me shocked. "What happened, are they fighting?" Corbyn questions. "What? No," I say. "Okay good," Zach says. "Why would they be fighting?" I ask. Jonah starts talking"Don't you know? They-" Jack and Daniel walk out. "Let's go guys," Daniel says. "Um okay," I say walking. " I paid Mads," Jack says. "I'll pay you back," I say. "No it's okay," he says opening the door for me. "Umm okay." I say. Everyone gets in. We end up at my house. "I'll see you later guys," I say getting out. "Not without a hug," Corbyn says getting out. I give him a hug and walk off as they pull out. I wonder what Jonah was trying to say to me earlier. Whatever I need to get to sleep.
