Saved~ Neko boy x reader

I'm sloppy when it comes to updating I know but I made an outfit for you :) Anyway hopefully more updates over Christmas.

It was a cold winters morning when you and Leo set out on your journey. Before you left you walked swiftly to Jaces study where he sat working. You knocked on the door and heard a faint "come in."

You entered and stood by the door. "Well it time for me and Leo to leave now and I know I shouldn't but I have one last favour to ask of you." He tilted his head at you. "Could you please look after Ryan and Diego? As in stop Ryan from doing anything stupid and stood Diego from doing something stupid to stop Ryan from doing something stupid."

He stood up and walked towards you. "Don't worry kid, they'll both be in one piece when you return." He hugged you. "Because you will return, Leroy's already promised me that." You giggled at what Jace called Leo and walked with him to the front of the house.

"Well Leroy what you're doing is crazy dangerous! What makes you think the old woman would help you anyway?"

"She's my grandma. It's the journey I'm more worried about."

"Well I've had Elaina pack your bags with food and water to keep you healthy. Good luck you two! Make it back to us!" Jace then shut the door, leaving you and Leo outside.

Leo looked out into the distance. "I guess we should get going then?" He asked and you nodded. He began walking, you sticking close to his side. At one point you were so close that you just grabbed his hand and held to you yours- for warmth ya know?

Leo gazed down at you and smiled. "Are you cold?" He asked and pulled you closer without waiting for a response. You weren't complaining.

A couple of hours later you found yourself on the nekos back, carrying the bag on your shoulder. You kept drifting in and out of consciousness, fighting to stay away. "Leo put me down a minute." He did as he was told and put you on the floor. You took his hand again and continued walking next to him. Except he didn't budge. "Hey, lets go! We're wasting daylight!" But Leo still would not move.

He pulled you this time and held you close to his chest. "My poor sweet Y/N, we've already lost all the daylight that today provided." He shushed you and tapped you on the nose.

"So What now?" You asked.

Leo sat down with his back leaning on a tree and kissed the hand that was in his. "We sleep. I haven't met many humans but the ones I have need constant sleep all the time or the can't do their proper functions." You laughed at his terminology and sat down next to him. He pulled your body onto his and that's how you slept: you head on his chest and him holding you close.
