Ch 5(The incident)

Luna's pov~

I had my fresh air, or not fresh air actually, I just needed to fly a bit. I was walking back to Moon and Kinkas cave, I saw Winter also walking that way, "Hey Winter" I said, "Hey Lulu" he said as we walked side by side to the cave, Moon and Qibli were making out and Turtle and Kinka were making out, Me and Winters faces scrunched up "Guys!!" We yelled in unison,they stopped and turned to look at us, "We were having a competition on who could make out for the longest time?" Qibli said sheepishly, I rolled my eyes, "Whatever" Winter said "What d'ya wanna do?" Turtle asked, "Hmm.... " I said, "I actually wanted to ask you some questions since I've known you" Winter looked at her, "Like what?" He asked, "Like Qibbs? When did you start developing a crush on moon?" I asked as I sat down, Qibli thought for a second "Ever since we met" he said, "Next is Turtle, When did you start developing feeling for Ms. Rainbow over here?" I asked, "Well... It was actually after a few weeks that I realized I did like her" he replied, Then moon suddenly interrupted "And I have a question for you Lulu!" She said, I nodded as agreement "What was 'the incident' you were talking about a few months ago?" She asked as my eyes widened, I sighed "I guess I'll have to tell you some day" I said "It was.. Before Nova was born actually, I had another younger brother, Vine, We used to get along swell, played together stood up for each other.... I wish it could come back. He always used to compliment my singing, and since we used to share a room, every night I used to sing him to sleep before I went to bed... Until some fucking retard assassinated him!! I was singing to him again and I didn't notice someone come into the room, I thought it was my shadow or something...

Flashback

I was sitting next to him, singing him a lullaby, he was slowly drifting of to sleep, I felt something behind me but I ignored it. But then it moved, I turned my head around to see nothing, I heard a yelp and scream, I turned my head around and saw a Nightwing with a dagger in his hand which was dripping with blood, I looked down to see my brother lying limp not moving dead, my eyes filled with tears, I suddenly looked up to see the nightwing edging towards me, I roared and lunged at him and the door opened, mom and dad must've heard vine yell, their eyes widened as they saw me strangling the nightwing who assassinated my brother, Dad ran up to me and held me back as mom ran up to Vine with tears streaming down her snout, Dad was also crying and so was I, I also found out I had strangled that dragon to death, his dagger was on the floor, "This is all my fault" I said as I buried my head in Dads chest, "Its not you fault sweetheart" Mom said still crying while taking vines dead body and cradling it, "Your mothers right hon... Its not your fault" Dad said as he hugged me, "Yes it is!" I said as I looked at dad "I felt something behind me and I refused to look back because I thought it was nothing!! If I had looked back I could've saved him!!" Dad and Mom looked at me and hugged me

End of flashback

I felt myself tearing up but I blinked them back, all of them were looking at me with sympathy, Winter suddenly wrapped me in a hug, I didn't expect this!! "I've blamed myself for a lot if things Luna... This is not your fault... You didn't know. "Winter comforted, I hugged back, the others came up to us and wrapped us in a group hug

Why am I feeling like crying?! This is so sad!! And you may have guessed now why Luna is so protective of Nova.... Next time.. Arg! Stupid tears!!
