Chapter Two: Back But Not

Barry's pov:
I gulped, I still held a tight grip on Jax's hand but I stared at cait. A man walked up beind her, he reached for her hand and they connected hands. I felt a rush of anger go through me. I shook my head trying to act normal, it was secretly killing me inside.

Caitlin let go of the man's hand and ran and hugged me, I hugged back slightly; unsure how to feel about the situation. Caitlin whispered in my ear, words that left echos, "I missed you," I gulped. I tried to speak but couldn't, I felt whole again but at the same time, I really didn't.

The man looked at me, not with anger though, with happiness in his eyes. Cait let go of me and walked back to the man. I reached my hand out and he shook my hand, "Barry, Barry Allen." I said with a slight smile, "Ty, Ty Parker," he said with an accent, korean for sure.

Cait bit her bottom lip which made me shake, shiver too. Cisco looked at me with a smile. I looked around, "I better go clean myself up." I said clenching my jaw and walked away. Cait looked like she was about to say something but she held herself back.

I walked into the bathroom sighing, I looked in the mirror. I saw a man, a man I didn't recognize, what did I do to myself?

I sighed and started the water in the sink, I opened the cabinet door and pulled out a razor and some shaving cream. I shaved, i shaved for the first time in 6 months.

I walked back out, without a beard, I rubbed my face feeling just skin. Cait looked at me, I looked her in the eyes, I saw no love. My heart broke, Ty walked up and kissed her cheek and said something in korean that made her blush then he walked out, I sat down in the cortex sighing.

Cait walked over to me and kneeled down. "Barry I'm so sorry, Ty he's..." she trailed off, I looked at the ground. "Cait, I know! I was gone for six months. It's okay that you moved on." I said, I stopped looking at then ground then looked her in the eyes. She nodded with teary eyes, "I'm sorry..."

I looked at her, "don't be." I said then I stood up and walked out of star labs. I punched the wall outside making my knuckles bleed, I ignored it not caring.
