"It was always lighter when you're with me, you were never a burden,"
"But feelings are now buried, I can't feel anything, can you please make me feel alive again?"

The purple and pink sky was always a sight to see whenever the sun sets, and the first star to show is always something to look out in the sky at night. Every drop of rain is equivalent to the tears made in that day, and all of it has it's own story.

"Jungkook! Come on! We still have to walk to the beach!" Jin shouted from outside the hotel room, rushing the younger.
"It's still two hours before the sun sets and we have a car! Why do we need to suffer from walking?" Jungkook replied as he gets his shoes and wear them.

"Cause I said so," Jin rolled his eyes infront of the door and continued to press the door bell.
"Oh my god, hyung. You're older but no less than annoying than me," Jungkook said as he finally opened the door.

"Honey, I texted you 2 hours ago and you said you were already on the shower! Did you drown in steam or something?" Jin snapped his fingers and they made their way to the elevator.

"Actually, I choked on my toothpaste," Jungkook shrugged.
"Wait, what? Let me see, say ah," Jin pulled the younger's face to his direction and pressed the cheeks together.

"It's just a small thing. Stop worrying on small things, hyung," Jungkook slapped Jin's hands off his face and opened the passenger's seat door, getting in.
"Well, I'm sorry, a boyfriend needs to act like a boyfriend too you know," Jin replied getting in the driver's seat.

"Hyung," Jin faced his right and was immediately greeted by Jungkook's face. The younger gave him a peck and returned to his seat while turning red.

"So where'd you wanna eat?" Jin pulled out the parking lot and proceeded to the main streets.
"I want pasta," Jungkook replied, looking out the window.

"I said where, not what," Jin rolled his eyes. It was always like this, always bickering at each other but it makes all their memories with each other less boring.

"Use your map. Hyung, would you go to hardware store if you want pasta? Please, common sense,"
"Well, if you want wires to be your noodles and paint to be your sauce then why not?"

"Are you serious? I would like you to try that," Jungkook spoke back, rolling his eyes.
"I'm not the one craving for pasta though," Jin replied and parked on the side of the street.

"Come on," Jin went out of the car. Jungkook looked outside and they were infront of a fancy looking restaurant.

"Reservations for Kim Seokjin please," Jin said to the lady near the door of the restaurant when they went in.

"Wait a minute, you reserved already?" Jungkook gave a confused look to the other boy.
"Babe, I know you. Pasta was always your favorite when we go out of town," Jin smiled and held hands with the younger.

"Here is the menu gentlemen," The lady gave them both the menus and waited for them to make a choice.

('⊙ω⊙')

"Jungkook! Fast! Or we're gonna miss it!" Jin yelled as he ran to the side of the sea. He brought out his polaroid camera and stared at the beautiful horizon infront of him. Jungkook appeared beside him, catching his breath, tired from running.

"Doesn't this look wonderful?" Jin murmured and continued to be in awe because of the sight. Jungkook tried to calm his breaths and focused on the scenery infront of him.
"Wow, it's my first time looking at the sunset by the beach," Jungkook replied. He turned his head to the left when he heard a click from a camera. The polaroid that Jin is holding is printing a photo. After setting aside the cooling polaroid, Jin took another two but now, with his and Jungkook's face in it.

"You are keeping this one, and I'll be keeping this other one," Jungkook just nodded and kept the photo in his wallet.

"Hey, do you think we'll both survive if we didn't have each other?" Jin asked as laid a blanket for them to sit down on.
"Both of us without each other? That's impossible," Jungkook replied playfully, though what he said was true. They can't go on with a day of not seeing each other's faces even when they were just bestfriends.

"Well then, I think it's the right time to propose to you," Jin said as he softly smiled, going down on his knees.

A tear dropped from Jungkook's face as he looked from the sunset to his left. The scenery suddenly changed, the skies are now cloudy and dim. The waves are still crashing and the same old blanket was laid on the sand. But there was no Seokjin there, it was already three years after the proposal.

He pulled out a polaroid picture from his wallet and compared it to the sight infront of him.
"Both of us promised that day, that we'll go back here every year, no matter what. I'm here now," Jungkook quietly sobbed as he looked at the face of his late fiancé.

Seokjin died because of a plane crash a week before their own wedding in the United States. Jungkook went there earlier to try his own clothes for the wedding while Jin had his appointment postponed because he needed to be in meeting in Japan.
They were supposed to have their wedding in the US and their honeymoon in Hawaii for five days. But all plans were just thrown out when that tragic accident happened.

"I know you hate seeing me cry but what can I do when you're not beside me? I don't want to act tough and alright all the time. It makes me miss you more,"

He took a step closer to the cold sea. He can feel the strong wind slapping him straight in the face. He took off his cap.

"The more I miss you, the more thoughts coming to my mind,"

Another step closer.

"One thought was stuck, what would it feel if I'm going to be beside you after this,"

He walked until the water reached his waist. He saw a tiny crystal fall infront of his eyes, he looked above and saw hundreds of them coming down.

"The first snow and I feel closer to you as ever," Jungkook muttered to himself.

He intendedly lost his balance and fell right on his back on the water, his body sinking.

Cold water splashed on his face.

"Jungkook!" He heard a loud familiar voice shout.

He opened his eyes and he can feel cold water dripping on his face and shirt. He was on his bed and he saw Jin and Jimin laughing at him, both holding a bucket.

"Come on! Both of you are going to try your suits for the wedding!" Jimin was laughing as he said that and Jungkook was just staring at Jin's face in awe.

"Hyung, I missed you," Those were the first words he said. Jin stopped laughing and walked closer to his partner when he noticed tears escaping from the eyes of Jungkook.

"Hey, shush. I'm sorry about what I did, why are you crying?" Jin immediately pulled the younger into a comforting hug and Jimin just slowly slipped out of the scene.

"Hyung, I love you. We'll be travelling together from now on," Jungkook said as he sobbed harder.
"Was this about our fight last week? About you travelling with Taehyung first? Don't worry, Taehyung rearranged the private plane with all of us occupying it, okay?" Jin smiled softly at the younger.

"Can you say I love you back, then?" Jungkook wiped his tears away and tried to control his sobs.
"What if I don't want to?" Jin teased but said 'I love you too' right away when he received a look from the other.

"Now, tell me. What's with all this? What happened? Is it a dream?" Jin asked.
"Hey, the both of you, talk about that later. We need to move, time is ticking and your wedding is getting closer," Yoongi entered the room and leaned on the door frame. Jungkook stole a peck from Jin's lips and went straight to the bathroom.

"We'll be right down," Jin replied and Yoongi just turned around and showed a thumbs up, walking away.
