You pull your car around the front of the house and park it to the left of the long drive way. Turning the ignition off, you step out of your car and walk towards the front door. The cold winter breeze hits your cheeks harshly and causes a shiver to run through your body. You speed up your walking, wanting to get inside the warm house quickly. After knocking on the door, you run your hand through your hair and pull your jacket closer to your body, anxiously waiting for your boyfriend to come to the door.
    Seconds later, the door swings open to reveal a smiling Stefan, his arms opening for you to come into. You smile gratefully and step into his warm embrace, wrapping your arms around his back as he holds you close to his chest.
    "You feel so cold love, come in and cover up on the couch. I made some hot chocolate and popcorn, we can start watching any movie" Stefan says as he leads you to the couch, laying you down and handing you a fuzzy blanket. You smile and kiss his cheek, laying down on the couch and snuggling into the blanket.
    "With cuddles too?" you ask in a sweet voice, looking up at Stefan with the best puppy dog eyes you can. He smiles and chuckles, nodding and kissing your forehead as he goes towards the kitchen to get the food and drinks.
    You scroll through the movie options on the TV, stopping once you see your favorite chick flic. You know Stefan wouldn't mind watching it again, because even if he won't admit it, you're pretty sure he loves them too.
Stefan comes back in and hands you a cup of cocoa and a big bowl of popcorn. He sits down next to you and lays back onto the couch, gently pulling your back into his chest and wrapping an arm around your shoulder. You smile and nuzzle into him, setting the bowl of popcorn on your lap and your hot cocoa on the side table.
    Pressing play on the movie, you feel Stefan's chest rumble gently and know he's laughing about your choice of film. "What, do you have a problem with the movie?"
    Stefan shakes his head, "No, of course not sweetie" he kisses the top of your head gently and reaches for some popcorn, holding a piece to your mouth. Satisfied with his answer, you smile and eat the popcorn, laying back into his chest more and paying attention to the movie.
After watching the movie for a little bit, Stefan squeezes you gently and whispers, "I love you so much y/n."
"I love you too Stefan, so much" you whisper back, rubbing his arms gently and smiling back at him.

You pull on a loose string from your blanket as your friend Caroline looks through your closet, tossing out your clothes left and right.
"You know, it's probably better if you actually look at my clothing options instead of throwing them all out" you say, pouting down at the mess of clothes you know you'll have to clean up later.
"Yeah, but maybe if you had more date friendly clothes this wouldn't be such a difficult task" she says, holding up one of your sweatshirts with a pandas face on it.
"Hey! Stefan got me that from our trip to the zoo..." you trail off, smiling to your self just thinking about the wonderful date you had two weeks ago.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know. You told me all about that date, and the one before that, and the call you two had the day after, and the look he gave you in History class. I'm pretty worried that all you talk about now is him" Caroline says, trying to use a voice that imitates yours when she lists off the times you've talked about him. You blush either way though, remembering all of those times as well. Caroline lets out a squeal of satisfaction, turning towards you with a smile, holding up your purple sundress dress and some sandals to go with. "Wear this, it's perfect for the cute, causal but not too casual date"
You stand up, holding the dress up to your body, looking at it in the mirror. Smiling and nodding with your liking of the outfit, you hug Caroline a thank you and goodbye, and she leaves you to get ready. Not before she lets out a quick warning about using protection, which definitely caused you to roll your eyes.
You change into the dress and get your hair and makeup done, dancing around along with your playlist as you get ready. Once you finish and call your mom and dad to let them know where you were going, you hear the doorbell ring from downstairs and yell out, "coming!"
Taking the steps two at a time, you open the door slowly and see Stefan on the other side, wearing a button down green shirt that makes his eyes sparkle.
"Wow, y/n, you look beautiful" Stefan says breathlessly, looking at you with eyes that you are sure is the inspiration for the heart eye emoji.
"You clean up well Stefan, looking so handsome and sexy with that shirt" you smirk, knowing how flustered he gets if you compliment him so bluntly. Your thoughts are confirmed when he blushes and lets out a huff, holding his arm out for you while glaring playfully at you. "Oh, you know I just like messing with you. It's almost too easy" you say, stepping outside and closing your door behind you, linking arms with Stefan as he leads you to his car.
"I know, I know. I guess it's just one of the many things I love about you then" Stefan says, smiling at you as he opens the passenger door for you.
You feel your own cheeks heat up at his comment, and stop to look at him before getting in the car. "I can't help it i'm so lovable" you say, smiling as you hear Stefan's laugh and see the way his eyes crinkle and head tilts back. Sliding your hand on his cheek gently, you lean in towards his face as he meets you halfway. Your lips meet in a soft, light kiss that still manages to cause your insides to tingle, and make you fall even more in love with Stefan Salvatore.
