Waking up was harder than usual today. Not only because I had a golden retriever sleeping on top of me but because my hang over game was real. Jeez it feels like I drank a whole mountain of alcohol last night. I mean it was one bottle right? And I doubt I did anything big. If it was worth remembering I would have.
Like let's say all the trouble the morons caused. I let out a long sigh. Facing people today might physical hurt me. Those morons really embarrassed me last night.
Right now I'm sitting on my drive way waiting for Iris to pick me up. We had agreed yesterday she would take me out for what she called 'Hangover-over coffee'. No idea what that is but she sold it really well so now I'm kinda dying to try it.
Not to mention after all the emotional roller coaster's I've been having lately I need some girl time.
Just as I was thinking this Ms Fashionable Late decides to show up. She stopped right in front of me and I got in the passengers seat. "Good morning." She says smiling.
I sighed. "Nothing about this morning is good." I replied and she laughed.
"Not yet anyway." She adds and starts driving.
I looked out the window and realized we weren't going towards school. And yes I know I haven't been here long but I'm pretty sure I know this isn't the way to the school I've been doing to the past 3 days.
"Where are you going?" I asked looking over at Iris who smiled from ear to ear.
"We are going shopping." She said and I instantly frowned.
"We have school." I informed her trying to find literally any excuse not to go shopping. Shopping and I are not a good combo. In fact I might have a restraining order against it. If not I'll gladly apply for one
Iris sighed then chuckled. "I checked your schedule last night. Your first period is free and so is mine which means this is the perfect time to do this since after school I have the date." She explains.
And is anyone else impressed with her spy skills, jeez women when did you even manage to fine my schedule, or where cause I keep losing it.
Wait a minute!
"What date?!" I slightly yelled in shock. Iris got a date and didn't tell me? Do you have no shame women?
She giggled and it kinda scared me. "Last night I met someone's fancy-"
"Well no shit Sherlock." I comment still shocked that this shy fangirl got herself a date.
She glared at me from the corner of her eye and I was really questioning if she was as innocent and sweet as I first thought she was.
"He danced with me and we kinda made out and at the end of the night he asked me on a date saying it was the proper way to actually start things." She explains.
Light bulb!
"So he was the guy you were having a tongue war with on the dance floor." I said making more of a note to myself instead of actually asking.
Iris turned red obviously now realizing someone saw her little fling. I laughed at her.
"Forget about that please. He said we were both drunk and we should forget it and start properly, thus the date today." She said turning into a parking.
"Well isn't he just such a gentleman." My comment came out way to sarcastic when I clapped my hands together.
Iris just rolled her eyes at me and was focused on finding a parking spot.
