(Y/n)'s P.O.V.

I tapped my fingernails against the arms of the luxurious chair as I listened to what the young earl had to say. Most of his theories on the case were rather demure, and in all honesty extremely dull. We'd only came her to stay safe and out of harms way from the infatuated people and he really was numbing down the cases as I shouldn't her crudity as I was a 'lady'.

"Well Ciel, I believe judging from the current case. That we have a ruthless serial killer, each victim has had their innards torn out and gruesomely scattered aside for the kidney which was stolen from every scene. So he must have some sort of obsession with taking the body part away, which seems slightly necrophilic." I say as I sip my tea, completely calm. It was an obvious serial murderer but the other less savoury details were completely unknown to the Earl.

I glance up at him for a few fleeting moments, a smirk on my face. Luckily I had a small talent for getting onto crime scenes and I knew the thorougher details of the human anatomy. "Oh I go to the scenes of the murders pretending to be a victims relative and whilst I'm there I have a few moments to check which organs are there. You see I took frequent acting and biology classes as a child." I explain with an almost amusing calmness as I drink the tea I had set out in front of me.

Ciel's P.O.V.

'How? How can one lady get onto the set of a murder every time? How can she check the anatomy in seconds?' My thoughts are rapid, completely at a shock at how this girl can do this with so much ease. Occasionally this is even hard for Sebastian and I, I've even thrown up before at a crime scene. This lady truly is...incredible.

"I'm very impressed, but I can't expect less from the Queen's puppet. I truly can see why people fawn over yourself and your brother, you are very impressive." I sigh quietly, this girl could get so very far in another time. Her admirers would be almost extreme if her gender didn't require her true role to be hidden. She's already incredible, compared to Elizabeth she's simply stunning but her intellect is miraculous. I've never been one to care for looks, but even I can say this girl is most attractive.

"Well, I can see your increasingly intelligent...do you play chess?" I say with a devilish smirk. Even she can't beat me at this game.
