Jimmy’s POV

“You’re the biggest asshole to walk this planet.” Her voice screeched.  It was like nails on a chalkboard.  I’ve had Lizzie tied up for well over two months.  I would torture whenever was possible.  I couldn’t stand the sight of her.  Sometimes it became so bad; I wanted to let her go.  I would never hit a woman in my years.  If I was to hit Lizzie at this point, she deserves it.  It’s honestly something I should have done a long time ago.  Maybe it would have knocked some damn sense into her.

I sent her a smile before walking over to her.  I kneeled in front of the chair she was sitting in, and looked up at her.  “I’m the asshole?  Me?  I mean, after what you did, I have every fucking right to be an asshole.” I gritted that last part through my teeth.

She had a half smirk placed on her face, “So, how’s Emma?  I’m sure she isn’t a virgin anymore.  You know, as an older brother, I thought you would have better control over your sister.” Her eyes flashed to mine as she grinned wider, and more devilish.  I pulled my hand back, and left a smack across her face.  “Keep my sisters name out of your mouth!” I spat.

I didn’t mean to hit her, but you can only push a person so far before they snap.  I watched her place her hand on her face, and her mouth dropped.  She looked up at me, tears welling up in her eyes.  “You better watch your back, Sullivan.” She growled.  If I did feel sorry for smacking her, they feeling would have been long gone.  “You’re never getting out!  You might as well save it.”

She fumed.  She started breathing rapidly and all her muscles tightened.  All of a sudden, out of nowhere, she lets out this scream.  This scream pierced my ears, and it angered me even more.  “Fucking stop it!” I yelled over her.  She stopped screaming, finally.  I walked up to her, and gripped her face with one hand.  “Do that again, and I’ll cut out your vocal cords.” I shoved her head back as I let go of her.  I walked over to my dresser, grabbing the tape.  I cut a small piece, and walked back over to her.  “Until I can trust that you’ll be quiet.”  I placed it on her mouth as rough as possible.

I walked out of the room, and locked the door before walking down the hallway.  I found Brian in the office; I don’t even know what he was doing.  I leaned against the doorframe and waited for him to notice I was there.  “What’s up?” he asked, walking towards me.

“Are we still going on a hunt?”

He shrugged, “I think I might pass tonight.  I really don’t feel good.”  He walked away from me, and went back into the office to continue putting things away.

I walked into the room, and sat in the chair in front of the desk.  “What’s gotten into you?  These past few months…you’ve changed.”

He shook his head, “No I haven’t.”

I grinned, “It’s my sister, isn’t it?”

He laughed nervously, “What?  No.  Not possible.”

“You haven’t slept with her have you?”

                “Jimmy!”

I threw my hands up, “What?  I’m her brother; I have a right to know.  And plus, she’s not even eighteen yet.”

He came and sat in the chair across from me, “If you must know, I haven’t.”

“Good.  You must have a lot of respect for her.”

He leaned over her legs, and rested his elbows down on his thighs.  “I do.  And I respect her boundaries.”  He looked up at me.

“Do you plan on having sex with—”

“Jimmy!  Enough!  That’s a little personal.” I laughed.

I slumped in my chair a little, “Don’t let her effect your work.”

He sat back, and sighed.  “I can’t help it.”

“She’s my sister, I love her.  But don’t let her get in the way.  We don’t need you fucking up.”

He shook his head, “I’m not going to fuck up.  Don’t worry about that.”  He stood up and walked out of the room.  I stood up as well, and followed behind him.  “So, are we going tonight or do you want to take a break?”

We reached the bottom of the stairs, and Brian turned to face me.  “Get the guys, and let’s head out.” He smirked.  I returned the smirk, and called the guys downstairs.  They all came rushing down, and stood in front of me.  “Whose night is it to stay in?”  They all pointed to Zack, and Zack waved his hand.  We all took turns staying in, so we can guard the house.

We waved Zack off, and exited the house.  As I closed the door and locked it, I heard a noise in the trees.  “Guy’s, did you hear that?” I stopped them, and they listened.  “It was probably a rabbit or something.  Let’s go.” Brian wrapped is arm around my shoulders and guided me to the car.   I had to sink a few inches or else Brian wouldn’t have been able to reach my shoulders.  We got to the car, and I jumped into the passenger seat.  Brian jumped in the driver’s seat, and Matt and Johnny sat in the back.  I wouldn’t say I was the leader.  I wouldn’t say our group had a leader.  We all fend for ourselves and look out for each other.  It’s what we do.

I could have sworn I saw my car as we pulled out onto the main road.  I swear, I think I’m losing it.  With everything that’s been going on lately.  I just haven’t found a quiet place in my mind.  This thing with Lizzie is driving me insane.  I want to end her life, because she damn near ended mine.  I need to take a break from all of this.  I need to get away.  And that’s what I just might do.  It would only be for a few days or so.  Just enough time to clear these thoughts from my head.
