Let's start off with something simple. Hair. Sounds easy enough? Well it's harder than it sounds depending on your hair, color and type. Overall it's different for everyone some tips work better for others, but hear are some that could make your hair shiny, strong and absolutely amazing.

1. Know Your Hair Type

Okay first things first before doing anything. You gotta know your hair, find out what it likes and doesn't. Yeah I know this sounds weird but trust me. You have girls with curly hair and straight hair, oily and dry and frizzy and flat. So many hair styles and there isn't always that guaranteed solution for everyone.

Everyone's hair is different so first figure out your hair, and figure out okay what have I done to lead me to this hair to this point.

2. Easy On The Heat Girl

For all my curly girlies out there we all know the struggle of having this crazy thing on the tops of our head and I understand it's a hassle to take care of and sometimes you always just go for that straighten just for an easy route or we just like it better that way. WRONG! Heat can cause severe damage to our hair if you are always using it, take it easy since this can cause breakage, splint ends, dryness and you could lose your curly hair!!

I used to do that all the time and I regret that because I lost my once bouncy curls, but they are getting better.

3. Coconut Oil

Okay I am sure most of you have heard about this before, but it's true. Coconut Oil is very good when it comes to a good haur care routine. Coconut Oil brings life back into your hair making it more shiny, thicker, locker and softer. As well as making it stronger which helps me with my hair.

The problem with it though is it does smell bad. So it's best to do it during the night, and I prefer to do it every Sunday as a way to take care of my hair for the up coming week.

4. Braids and Silk

Okay so I'm pretty sure most of us sleep with a cotton pillowcase, which isn't the best for our hair which leads it to get tangled, breakage and pulls when we are sleeping. So I suggest switching to a silk which will let you hair move with ease preventing breakage.

Also sleeping with braids will prevent tangled and will leave you with a nice wave if your into wavy hair. This will hold your hair in your sleep and just be comfy.

5. Cold Showers

Okay I know this sounds crazy, but it does work. Cold Showers actually help your hair grow and look alot more beautiful. Not only does it make it look shinier, but makes your hair softer also.

I always like to take a cold shower after a workout to cool down so it isn't as bad.

Well that's about it for this first chapter. Please leave a like, comment and follow. Thanks for reading see you next time. 🥀
