Second Chances (Sequel)

Part one

"Daddy!!" Her beautiful, gently voice echoes in the room. She runs as fast as she can and jumps in his open arms. Her tiny legs wrap around him as he spins them both around and around. Her giggles fill in his ear, causing him laugh to himself.

"I missed you!" She tells him, tightening her grip around his neck.

"I missed you too, baby girl," he presses his lips against his daughters warm cheek.

Placing her on his hip, he walks into the house, kicking the door closed with his foot. "Where's mommy?" He whispers lightly in her tiny ear.

"In the kitchen," she replies back in his ear, smiling.

Jason places her to her feet and walks softly and slowly, into the kitchen. He pecks his head around the corner and saw her standing over the stove, cooking. He sees her phone sticking out of her back pocket with headphones connecting to it. She's listening to music, with both headphones in. Jason smiles to himself, he loves how she can't do anything without playing music. Weather it's cooking, paper work, or just cleaning the house, she always has music playing.

Walking slowly over to her, he grips her hips in his hands. She screams and jumps, turning around to see Jason laughing.

"Jason!" Tori smacks his chest. "You scared me!"

"I noticed," Jason says, laughing.

She rolls her eyes. "It's not funny."

"Yes it mommy! It was very funny," Ariana squeals, covering his hand over her mouth, trying to hold in her beautiful giggles.

"Ooh? Is this funny?" Tori smirks, running over to Ariana and picking her up. Tori turns her upside down in her arms and tickles her sides. Her faces turns red from all the laughing she is doing.

"Okay, momma!" She giggles. Tori turns her upright and settles her on her hip, pressing her lips to Ariana's forehead.

Jason stands there smiling wide. He admires how their three year old looks so much like his wife. They have the same hair, the same walk and the same beautiful smile. Jason see only sees a little bit of himself in Ariana. Jason knows he has a bad temper, he's demanding, impatient etc. And in the past, Ariana has proven herself to have a short temper and is very impatient. Jason smiles again at the memories, maybe she takes up from him more than he thought.

As memories comes back, he couldn't help but remember the fights. The fights and arguing Tori and Jason had in the pass few years made him realize how people look at him. He knows he can scare people and make them think what he wants them too. Which means Jason want to smile in pride. Jason knows that Tori has changed him. She makes him want to bigger and better. A better person and better at what he does.

Jason leans against the door frame, watching Tori and their daughter walking along the sand. Their matching dresses flows in the wind together as one. He smiles, bringing the beer to his lips. Just watching them smiling at each other, warms his heart. His life right now was perfect. And he was determined to keep it that way.

He watches Tori pick Ariana up and spin her around in the air. He smiles for the hundredth time. Tori sets her to her feet as they walk towards the water, letting only their feet get wet. This is paradise, Jason thought. Everything that has happened to him the past as lead up to this point. And he wouldn't want to change any of it.

Sitting his beer on the table, he runs over to his family, swing his wife in his arms. Her laughs echoing into his ear, reminds him of Ariana's giggles when he picks her up. Another characteristic they share. He sits Tori to her feet, turning around to face him. She pecks his lips softly while grabbing his hand. He smiles, picking Ariana up and sitting her on his shoulders. As theirs hands back and forth with grace, he put one hand on Arians leg, keeping her from falling off.

"I love you," Tori says, looking up at Jason with lust in her eyes.

"I love you too," he replies, leaning down to peck her lips.

"Love you more," she says against his lips, causing him to smile.

"Not possible," he says back, smiling in the kiss.

"Eww!!" Ariana shrieks, coving her eyes with her hands.

Tori and Jason pull away, laughing. "Your time will come," Tori tells Ariana.

She shakes her head. "No it won't."

"Yeah, I'm with her, no it won't," Jason's smirks, he's fatherly protection showing itself. "No boyfriends," he points a figure at Ariana, who just bits it lightly while giggling. Jason couldn't help my roar in laughter.

He will do everything in his power to protect his daughter. From everything and everyone. No matter the cost. He has swore, on his life, he will protect his family. And he won't let anyone try to take his place.

He watches him. He waits for him. Trying to figure out the right time. But the time is lurking near, he knows that. He has to do it soon, the sooner the better. They have to be stopped and he's the only to help him. It won't be easy to try to convince Jason to help him. But he will do whatever it takes. Even if he means taking his family away, he'll do it.

As he watches Jason and his family waking along the ocean from afar, jealously slows forms. That was supposed to be him. He was supposed to have a family that loved him. Not Jason. He was always the good one. He always did what he was told and when he was told to do it. Jason was the opposite. He never listened to anyone. Not even him. And part of him admires that. He knows that Jason doesn't take shit from anyone. Which is incredibly stupid of Jason. But he still cares for him, nonetheless.

He will do everything in his power to protect Jason. Jason doesn't know half of the do ad things in this world. And it's time that he knows. There's nothing he wouldn't do to make sure Jason was safe. No matter how much Jason must hate him right now, he still cares for him. He will still look after Jason for as long as he lives. After all, that's what family's for there for, right?

This is the first chapter of the sequel. Things are going to be a little different from the first one. But I'm not going to give too much away. What kind of writer would ruin the story?
