Changes between us

Sawyer and Jason ended up falling asleep on the floor. I was the only girl there and it was a bit awkward, but it wasn't the first time. It was a little after midnight, and I couldn't sleep. I got up to get some water,  the house was quiet and dark. Walking down the hallway, I noticed the bathroom light was on so i went to shut it off. I push the door open and seen Adym. "Oh my gosh I'm sorry" i felt guilty. He just stood there staring at me. "What?" I said quietly, he just shook his head. "Do you need something?" He asked. "Oh no" I replied. He pushed past me and went down stairs. I followed him. "What's your problem? Why are you so mean all the time?" I asked. He shot his head up and glared at me. "I don't have a problem" he was laughing and walking towards me. He placed his hand on my cheek. "You're so beautiful" he whispered. My heart was racing, I was nervous, but I smiled. "You have a beautiful smile" he said. This was weird, he was never this nice. Adym turned back around and went upstairs. It was the next day. "He called you beautiful?" Marsz asked in disbelief. I nod and smile. "So does he like you?" She asks so many questions. "I don't know, it's confusing. Anyways I have to go meet Sawyer. I love you" I started walking away and she pulled me back. "Wait, who's sawyer?" She asked. "He's a friend." I said and walked away. I was waiting for sawyer at his locker when I felt someone touch my shoulder. "Adym" I blushed. "Hey, I have a question." He said. My heart was racing again. "Why do you have such a huge crush on me? I don't even like you" He finally spoke. "You're really mean" I said quietly. "You need someone to be mean to you, there's something wrong with you" he said, and in that moment he was gone.
