In the silent dark ocean a loud sound was sudden heard causing all the creatures around to swim away in panic.
In the distance a black castle stood at the bottom of the sea floor.
As the loud sound was heard one of the large glass windows shattered open as two figures swam out in in full speed towards to the surface. A long orange haired figure with a matching mermaid tail quickly ahead with a serious look on her face as a grey haired man swam behind her surrounded in a bright orb. While the girl held a small object in her hand it shined brightly lighting their path. The man besides her carried another small figure in his arms before a sound following behind them altered him.
Glancing back from the corners of his eyes his eyes narrowed with a slight glare.
"Sara!" Gaito called out to the mermaid ahead of him. In a quick glance back she saw a large black serpent like sea creature swim in full speed towards them with its fangs out. Stopping briefly Gaito swam ahead of her as she opened her hand with the shining object in front of her. Her open hand revealing a shining pearl seeming made of crystal as it shined in Aurora like colors.
The light shined so brightly that the creature let out a sharp scream in pain before flying back in the direction it came. Breathing heavily Sara glared slightly before swimming off in the direction Gaito went.
"Gaito!"Sara called out as soon as they had reached a long distance away from the black castle. Stopping momentarily he glanced back gazing over at Sara with a tired look in his eyes.
"We can't keep swimming. They'll catch us quickly in the water." Sara spoke out causing a reluctance look to cross his face.
"And where would we go?" Gaito asked Sara bring the white sheeted bundle closer to his chest. The faint sound of a heart beating coming from the bundle.
"It would be best if we hid on land for a while." Sara advised Gaito who frowned thinking it over before nodding his head.
"Let's go then." Gaito said before they continued on their journey for a while trying there best to keep hidden in case anyone else had been following after.
"What's that?" Sara asked as she suddenly heard the sound of a loud object of swimming full speed towards them.
Turning Sara's eyes widen as she got a glance of a figure riding on the back of large black sea creature. Roaring loudly as it swam full speed towards them. On either side of the creature other female figure swam forward towards on them ready to strike at the person's command.
"You truly are brave enough to steal from me." The cloaked figure on top to the creature called out as Gaito and Sara soon found themselves surrounded.
The figure's hands clenched as his eyes under the cloak glanced over at shinning object clenched in Sara's hand, before moving to what Gaito hid in his arms.
"Give it back!" The cloaked figure yelled out before he raised his gleaming silver staff, the large blood red crystal that stood on the top staff shined brightly. A large black-red energy flew out targeting towards Sara.
"Sara!" Gaito yelled out before he rushed forward moving in front of Sara with his back towards them as he protect both her and the object in his arms.
"Gaito!" Sara yelled out as Gaito let out a scream as the energy hit his back. In that moment the sheeted object in his arms fell and the sheets wrapped around it ruffled around to reveal a pair of closed eyes. Sudden the eyes opened revealing a pair or shinning golden eyes, in a flash the crystal pearl in Sara's hand shined brightly like rays of sun. Sara and Gaito let out gasps before they soon vanished along with the blinding light.
In rage the cloaked figure let out a frustrated raging scream. The waters turning dark as lightening flashed across the sky. Bringing terror to those in the sea.
Opening their eyes, Gaito and Sara's eyes widen in shock looking around their surroundings. They stood on a beach as the sun set showering the sky with colors of red and orange.
"This is..." Sara traced off recognizing the beach they were on. The place the others they had long since parted with lived in.
"This is the place where my brother lives." Gaito said astonished before their eyes glanced back at the figure wrapped in the sheets that had saved them. The body's glow grew dimmer and the figure grew smaller before the glow vanished and a baby's cry was heard.
Astonished Sara walked forward picking up the bundle before moving aside the sheets to reveal a small crying baby. As soon as Sara brushed aside the sheet from its face. The baby's eyes opened revealing a pair of blue jeweled eyes before letting out a bright cheerful laugh. The small curls the baby had were in a strange pale blonde color mixed with a faint red color.
"A baby,what should we do?" Sara asked before Gaito let out a small gasp in pain following to his knees.
"Gaito!" Sara yelled out in concern rushing to his side as she held the small baby.
"I'm alright. They're definitely as strong as she had warned." Gaito said smiling weakly as he held one hand on the back of his shoulder where he had been hit. Gazing down at he baby's smiling face he smiled softly reaching out as the baby took his finger in its tiny hands.
"We must keep our promise and make sure that darkness does not return to the seven seas."
