The first trial

You were spacing out on the cliff where you and many other candidates for beacon academy would be launched into a Forrest and would have to make your way north to find some sort of relics, you didn't know what that was about but you went with the flow, you took a deep breath, coming back to real life you noticed something was off about your current surroundings, a quick look around would tell you, you were falling to what was probably an inescapable death, praying and hoping for the best you made two fists, but unknown to you, you accidentally discovered 'Blink' which is a type of short teleportation, but your version is like Daud, opening your eyes you notice the grayish red look, confused you look around, almost as if time had stopped, a a tree branch wasn't that far away, you tried swinging yourself over but time began and you were sent to the Forrest floor, lying there for a few minutes you got up, and pulled out the sword, and made your way to what you hoped was north, little did you know that Aaric was following You, being the assassin his father had taught him to be, soon you and Aaric came face to face, knowing you both had made eye contact, you two exchange nods as you both progress until you heard heard and sounded like a girl scream, looking at one another you both shrug, thinking at the same time 'She'll be fine' keeping in track you made it to the temple without incident, no fights as of yet, seeing the same blonde and back haired girl, you joined them along with Aaric, yang and Blake had gotten a chess piece already, you took the black rook, as did Aaric, Jessica was close by, but she was alone, Jessica comes into a clearing with what looked like a whole pack of Beowulf behind her, smirking, you and Aaric went to attack, Jessica was beaten up, that was clear enough, you used the blink ability to get behind them, and slashed at many weak points that you could find, Aaric saw this and bid heart dropped, he had thought his father's assassin's were the only ones with the outsiders power, Jessica ran to yang and Blake who were watching both you and Aaric teleporting around and taking out the Beowulf pack without a problem, the others came into view as a girl came riding in on the back of an ursa, a boy yelled at her, you assumed it was playful which it Was, Jaune came flying in and hit ruby as they both got caught on a tree branch, ruby hopped off and left Jaune up there, the Spartan looking girl came running with a huge fuckin scorpion chasing after her, and the heiress was screaming something, you could give a shit what it Was, you heard ruby and yang say their names to each other and the girl that rode an ursa came out of nowhere like.

Nora:"NORA!!" You tuned out everything after that, which was a mistake as you felt a stinger go right through your shoulder, Aaric only just managed to push you before it went through your head, standing there for a second, blood filled your eyes making you see red, a sudden burst of energy came over you as you raised your blade and slashed clean through the part where the stinger connected with the tail, the scorpion making pained noise only made you smile like madman

Short timeskip

Coming back to the cliff most of everyone had already seen your blink ability, Jessica was jealous because she didn't have it, ruby was amazed by it, Weiss thought it would be good if she planned to use you for it, Blake was very suspicious about it, Yang was interestedish about the ability, most of what would be team JPNR played twenty questions, but Aaric, he's what stood out to you the most, aside Ozpin, a few hours later team RWBY and team JPNR was formed, along with team CRDL, your team was team _AJF (try and make a word out of it? I don't know either)

Another short timeskip

As soon as you got in the door to your dorm you got to play twenty questions with Aaric, Jessica and a guy you found out was named Fisher, an assassin sent by Daud to assist Aaric.

Aaric:"is that your semblance, (Y/N)?" You shrugged

You:"i don't know, but I also have this" you showed them the mark on your hand, Jessica spoke up

Jessica:"doesn't dad have that on his hand too?"

You:"wait that's right, dad does have it" Aaric and Fisher nodded and and took the two beds off the the left of the room, as you and Jessica took the two on the right of the room.
