"Ritsu-san, are you alright?" You asked as you had gotten the most strangest phone call from Ritsu. It was from an unknown number and when you picked up the phone, it was silent for a few moments before he had asked if this was your number.

"[Y/N]...I'm lost" he said and your eyes widened.

"Eh?! What do you mean you're lost? What happened?" You fired and you heard Ritsu sigh from his side.

"I fell asleep on the train..." was all that he said and you were beginning to become seriously confused. Why was Ritsu on a train anyways?

"What were you doing on the train?" You asked and Ritsu had gone suddenly silent.

"Please come get me and I will tell you"

"Ritsu-san, this is no time for jokes! What's the last stop you remember?" You said.

"I didn't look..." Ritsu's voice was clear with embarrassment at the statement and you just sighed.

"How are you making this phone call?" You asked.

"I'm at a police station" he said and you gasped.

"Why didn't you say that sooner?! Ask the policemen the address of the station and ill come!"

After telling you the location of the station, you had gotten on the next train to Ritsu. During the ride your mind was in a frenzy trying to figure out why Ritsu had gotten on a train, let alone by himself. Wouldn't he have asked Mao to come with him or something? Or maybe even...yeah no, he wouldn't stoop so low as to ask Rei.

When the train arrived at the stop, you stepped off the train and followed your phone's GPS all the way to the station where Ritsu was at. Although you knew he was safe at the station, you still couldn't help but feel a little unease. Maybe he had also gotten lost while trying to find the station?

However, any unease you had been feeling, was instantly washed away at the sight of Ritsu's face.

"[Y/N]" Ritsu called out to you as soon as you walked in and you ran over to him. You noticed a white bag in his hand and made a note to ask him later what was in it. A police officer was also sitting next to Ritsu, seemingly keeping him company.

"Ritsu-san, I'm so glad you're alright" you said giving him a smile and he returned it.

The officer had looked between you and Ritsu before giving a polite smile.

"Is this your girlfriend? She's very kind to come all this way to get you. You are pretty far out after all" the officer said chuckling and your face turned bright red but before you could protest, Ritsu had already spoken up.

"She's the best isn't she?" He said giving a small cheshire grin.

"Well then, I hope you two see it home safely. Would you like me to accompany you to the train?" The officer asked and you shook your head.

"That's alright. Thank you for taking care of Ritsu-san" you said bowing and with that, the two of you bid farewell to the officer and headed back to the train.

"Mmm...I'm so tired" Ritsu said resting his head on your shoulder as soon as you two had grabbed a seat.

Your mental note from earlier had suddenly came to you.

"That's right, I forgot to ask. What made you come all the way out here anyways?" You asked looking down at Ritsu who's eyes were closed. His hands had suddenly clutched the bag in his hands, seemingly just remembering that it was there.

"These are for you" he said giving the white bag to you. You opened the bag and inside of it was [F/S], something you could only get from a certain bakery.

"Ritsu-san..." you muttered feeling incredibly touched, even at something so small. Was this really the reason he had come all the way out here?

"It's your birthday isn't it? Happy birthday~" he said and you mentally gasped. You had gotten so caught up trying to find Ritsu that you had forgotten it was your birthday.

A sudden feeling of intense warmth flooded through you but at the same time you had also felt like it was your fault that Ritsu had gotten lost. He didn't have to go so far, a simple 'happy birthday' from him was all you needed to feel happy.

"Thank you so much" you whispered. Ritsu hummed.

"I know what you're thinking. You don't have to feel at fault. Just let me stay like this, that's atonement enough" he said and you just nodded feeling very happy.

'I'll have to do something way better for his birthday' you thought determined to make his birthday the best he's ever had.
