Ok guys this isn't a chapter, but more of a summery for those of you who didn't read the first book. Much like some of you, sometimes I don't want to have to go back and read an entire fanfiction just to read this one. So here's basically what you need to know about the previous story:
1. Jesse and Ruben swapped places during the 4th episode in season 1, resulting in Jesse dying and Ruben living.
2. Jesse respawns (command block fragment magic that's never used again) and finds her friends. But she doesn't think they'll believe it's really her so she assumes the name Jennifer and just decides to start a new life.
3. Helps out her friends while wearing an endermen mask and they later recruit her to join them on a mission that requires five people (the mission is to go where the command block sent all of the old order's "Victories" {i.e. the Ender dragon and a bunch of other fun stuff} and clear it out so that they can't escape.)
4. A mysterious voice basically plays a "game" with all of them and they defeat all his challenges, the last one being a final battle with him. It is then revealed that the voice playing "the game" with them all along was Herobrine.
5. Big fight with Herobrine, Jesse and the gang win, lukesse moment.
6. Everything goes white and Jesse finds herself talking to two disembodied voices (you know in minecraft after you defeat the Ender Dragon? Those two voices). They tell her they have to erase her memory and reset the world.
7. They reset it to the events of what really happened in the fourth episode (i.e. Ruben dies and the new order is formed with Jesse as the leader)
8. They tell her they will restore some of her memories if Herobrine were to ever escape the zone he was trapped in.
9. spoiler alert he does
So yea that's basically what you need to know, but if you do find yourself interested in what I just summarized, by all means go ahead and read my first story A Second Chance !
