Even though I started hanging out with joan, I didn't turn into a completely 'good kid'. I did do a few 'illegal' things here and there (according to my parents).

So one time I skipped mathematics lessons and hung out with my friends in the school gym. No teacher shows up at the school gym too often and P.E lessons were always conducted in the school grounds so no classes were held in the gym either. We'mostly play badminton or if we got bored we'd just sit in a circle and talk.

Anyways that day after school my mom came to pick both of us from school and drop us off at joans' place. On the way we just talked about random topics. All of a sudden joan popped up a question that made my whole body go pale.
"Felicity (my name let's assume), where did you go during the mathematics lessons? I didn't see you in the class"
I turned to her and she noticed that I had gone pale. I was giBing her 'wth are you saying' stare.
" Felicity did you skip mathematics lessons? " my mom turned back to me while driving in a stern voice.
"N..n..no....." I Stuttered as I turned to my mom and then back to Joan to notice that she'd also grown pale. She was mouthing a 'sorry' as she face palmed.
I got blamed after I got home that day and got into a bit of trouble.
But now that I think about it I'm glad she accidentally asked about it in front of my mom Caz if she didn't I'd still be skipping lessons at school!😄
