On my way to fifth period, which was history, I had my schedule in hand. I could see that my class was in the upper hallway of Building 4. I went up the stairs and into the hallway. About halfway down the hallway, coming my direction, were Tay and Jaycob. I tried to go on the opposite side of the hallway and avoid her, but she sped toward me. She grabbed my shoulders and slammed me into the hallway wall full of closed lockers.
"What the heck was that at lunch? Huh? Were you trying to embarrass me or something? Because I swear, if you get on my bad side, you'll regret living!" she said, slamming me to the wall again. Her boyfriend grabbed the back of her backpack and pulled her off of me. He towed her to the side of the hallway and started yelling at her.
With tears wanting to escape my eyes, I ran to the bathroom at the end of the hall. People were staring. This was so embarrassing! How could I show my face at school again?
I opened the bathroom door and luckily nobody was in there. I didn't care if I was going to be late. At this point I was contemplating skipping class. Tears were running down my flushed face. I heard pattering of steps outside of the bathroom and the door start to open. Nobody could see me like this. I ran to grab paper towels and run into a stall but it was too late.
