High in the Arizona plains, in a tan textured coat with sunglasses, holding a sniper gun in hand, stood a girl no older than 15 watching as Nick Fury appeared out of the helicopter that landed.
She has been watching/looking for Fury for a while. Why? She has been informed about their new discovery. The Tesseract.
It's a blue glowing cube that has the power to destroy a city. The girl needed it, so that it would stay out of enemy hands.
Before she saw him leave to go inside, she heard him say something that she found curious.
“Agent Hill, I need men inside and outside of the labartory, this is a hostile situation and we can't have the Tesseract falling into the wrong hands. Let's move.”
What's going on with the Tesseract? Has it began to go haywire? She knew this would happen. Fury and his team does not know what they're dealing with.
The girl sighed before she left the scene; hoping that nothing bad happens to anyone in that building.
Her luck was good enough for Fury, Colsion, and Hill to get out alive. But it was good for any other soldier.
26 soldiers dead, 53 more injured.
All because the Tesseract couldn't contain it's power.
