The next day, I was allowed back to my actual house. My mom and dad were worried sick, like exspected. I had to tell them a story, saying I had to go away for a little while. I even played the 18 card. And I packed all my stuff into two Duffel bags and a suite case. I drove it in my car. My beautiful KIA soul. I don't know why but I always loved that car. I had since I was 16.

I made it back to the pack house like promised and set everything in my new room. I even had time to go the store and buy paint.

On the following day, I was told I had to train. Train for what? I had no idea, but when I thought of traning I thought of simple stretches , nothing too hard. Boy, was I so far-fetched. I endured five hours of strait cardio work as a warm-up.  I was tired and beaten and pissed off.  It was then that I heared a twig snap. Probably just an animal. Alpha Ethan and the rest of my coaches we're farther back, seeing if I probably need a wheelchair from so much word. So they probably heard it too, maybe it was one if them. Another twig snapped, but this time it sounded closer and louder. I stopped in my tracks. That was not an animal. Or any normal animal for that matter. It was too cautious to be an animal, and too big to have made that big of a sound. My wolf was on high alert. More twigs snapped. There was more than one, 18 to be exact. How do I know that? Don't ask me. My mom always said I was her little Sherlock Holmes.

Stay focused, they're rogues and not the happy ones either! My wolf yelled at me which brought my attention back to the situation.

Rogues. What the hell did that even mean!?!

Alpha Ethan was too far, and the pack house was just up ahead. I might not be apart of this pack yet, but I won't see it get hurt. I slowly approached the tree in which I heard the twigs snap. Better they get me than the pack. A low growl interrupted my slow walking. I looked around and saw I was surrounded by huge male wolves-way too big for me to fight if I had the chance to. Now would be a good time to run.

Don't you dare run! You'll make things worse! Walking magnet for trouble... My wolf mumbled. So I shifted instead.

Just then, a big black wolf who I recognized as my Alpha and the rest of my coaches come in the circle of wolfs surrounding me. He growled for me to lay down on my belly. I shook my wolf head no, but of course he had to put his whole weight on me to make me lay down, like I didn't have a choice-which I didn't by the way.

More wolves I hadn't noticed before came behind him and a full on fight broke out. I couldn't watch, so I dug my snout under ma paws. I still heard the scratching, yelping, nipping, and tearing of flesh, but I couldn't look. I was too scared. I scowled at my self for feeling scared. That showed weakness, and I couldn't afford to be placed as weak especially in front of my Alpha.

Soon the fight was over and I looked up to see a few wounded wolfs, but from the looks of it no one was dead. At least for Apha Ethan’s pack, I wish I could say for the others. You know if they weren't Rogues and all, whatever that ment.

"Shift back!" Alpha Ethan commanded.  He was pissed and I don't blame him, I would be too. Of course I didn't want to be yelled at and lectured either. I braced myself for the worst. I shifted back and shut my eyes tight.

Nothing.

I peeked one eye open to be meet with amused blue ones. I opened both eyes to see a big goofy grin across Ethan’s face. I smiled an uneasy smile, which he grinned wider to. It was nice to see him like this, it was almost casual. Almost.

"You thought I was going to yell at you. Which I am but it was still funny to see you prepare yourself for it." He said, chuckling.

"I had my fair shares in yellings, trust me. I so do not want to go there again." I claimed with both hands up in the air. We both laughed at that, but then my laugh turned into a frown. Ethan saw my sudden mood change.
