Chapter One

"Ben! I'm gonna die here!" Danny yelled. She was sitting on the bed in Ben's room and was playing Halo: Reach with him. "You have to shoot the aliens, Dan," he says as he blasts a grunt. "I am! I don't know which one's shooting me!" Danny yells. Ben ran his character over to hers and started shooting aliens. Finally spotting the alien shooting her with a plasma gun, Danny shot at it. After it died, they started shooting the rest. Once they had killed all the aliens, the level ended.

"Danny, Ben, get down here!" they heard Eyeless Jack yell. "Why?" Ben asked as Danny started the next level of the game. "Slender wants everyone in the parlor room right now," Jack said as he walked into the room. "He said it's important." Danny and Ben sighed before saving the game and turning off the TV and game console. They followed Jack downstairs to the parlor room. Slender Man was there, so was Jeff, Masky, Hoody, Sally, Liu, Jane, Laughing Jack, Laughing Jill, Grinny, and Smile.

"So, Slendy," Danny said and sat beside Sally on the couch. "What do you want that was so urgent?" Many voices filled the room as Slender talked. Danny, I have told you before not to call me "Slendy" but Slender. Danny rolls her eyes and Jeff flicks her in the head. "You little ass!" she screams and jumps on him. Balling up her fist, Danny moves to punch Jeff in the eye. A tentacle grabs her arms and pins them behind her back before her fist could come into contact.

As another tentacle wraps around her waist, Danny begins to struggle in Slender's grip. "Let me go!" she was screaming. Her curly hair fell in front of her eyes as Slender sat her back down on the couch. Danny frowned underneath her curtain of hair. Danny we have spoke about this. You cannot fight the other people in the house, Slender says. "It's not my fault he's a bastard," Danny mumbled and folded her arms over her chest as Sally pulled her hair from her face and braided it as best she could down her back.

"Now, Slender," Masky says, "what did you want to say?" Everyone turns to face the lanky man. I need volunteers to go find this girl, he says and uses one of his tentacles to hand Masky a file. Everyone watches as he reads through the file. "Says her name is Eliza," he says. "I'll go," Danny says. "Me too," says Sally. "I will, too," Ben says. One more person Slender says. E.J. steps up. "I'll go," he says. Good Slender says. Now go and find that girl. "Yes, sir!" Danny yells and salutes before walking out of the room. Sally mimicked her and did the same, laughing as Danny lifted her onto her shoulders after she got beside her in the corridor.

Ben followed behind them and E.J. stopped in front of Slender. Bring that girl back he said before teleporting away. E.J. watched as everyone else left. As soon as the room was cleared, he raced after Danny, Ben, and Sally.

Eliza's POV

I smiled as my toys returned to my skirt, blood covered and dirty. "Good job, guys," I said as I walked away from the bloody corpse of what once was a young woman. "Look at you, Gregory," I say as I lift one of my many stuffed toys I had sewed onto my skirt to do the killings. "You're so dirty!" I watched as Gregory jumped up and down on my palm, leaving tiny little bloody footprints on my skin. I let him drop and continued walking. I hadn't gotten far, but I felt someone grab me from behind. "You're coming with us," I heard a girl say.

I began to struggle in her grasp. "Let go of me!" I yell, and one of my dolls climbs up my skirt and bites her hand. "Shit, fuck!" she screams and drops me to the gravel road. "I got her," I hear a boy say, and again, I'm lifted into the air. Another doll goes to bite him, but I stop it. Standing in front of me is a little girl around my age. "Did they kidnap you, too?" I ask. She shakes her head and giggles, "No, silly, I came with them to get you!"

She giggles and runs over to me. "Jack," she says, "can you put her down?" I get put down. "You get to walk with me," the girl says. "Wait!" I yell. They all freeze. "Who are you people?" I ask. The little girl laughs. "Silly us," she says. She walks up to a teenage girl who is holding her bleeding hand. "This is Danny," the girl says and points to her. "Which one of those shits bit me?" Danny asks and motions to my dolls. "Danny!" a guy in a blue mask says. "No cursing in front of the children." "Why not?" she asks. "I curse in front of Sally 32." "32?" I ask. "24/7," a guy in a Link costume says.

"This is Ben," the little girl, who I think is named Sally, says and motions toward the guy in the costume. "Don't call him Link or he'll kill you." I take notice of Ben's black pools of eyes. They have a single red pupil in the center and it looks like he's been crying blood. I definitely don't want to cross his line. Sally motions to the guy in the mask. "This is Eyeless Jack," she says, "also called Jack and E.J. so we don't confuse him with Laughing Jack, who is also called L.J. when both are around each other." She walks back up to me. "And I'm Sally," she says.

I feel like I can trust these people, well, except Danny, at least not now, anyways. "Alright," I say, "I'll go." Sally smiles at me. "Let's go!" she says and grabs my arm.
