(Ash's POV)

I crossed my arms behind my head as I layed down in the shadows a little ways from the campfire. I looked up through a break in the trees and saw nothing but stars and a full moon. I pulled my phone out of pocket, put in my ears buds and played the Minecraft background music softly in my ears.

As I looked on at the sky, I felt my eyes shift from blue to white, matching the faint glow of the stars. I let my ears close as the music calmed me. My breathing calmed, and I open my eyes to see Mason standing near me, looking at me. We didn't exchange a word, but I held out one of my ear buds to him, and he walked over, sat next to me and I out it in his ear. I saw him calm down as the music slowed and grew a little quiet. I looked back to the stars, and watched one of the brightest and biggest stars flicker, as if it couldn't decide to go dark or stay bright.

"You ok?" Mason asked me, shattering the silence. I looked at him, my eyes wide in the curious sort of way.

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" I said, staying quiet, but loud enough for him to hear me.

"Well, it's just, I know you can be quiet, but I've never heard this quite before..." He said, rubbing the back of his neck. I smiled at him.

"Sometimes..." I started, "we put up walls, just to see who has the courage, to break them down."

He looked at me like I was speaking a whole other language. Then his cheeks became tinted with red. "What's the point of loving someone, when you don't have the courage to tell them." Now my cheeks were red, hearing what he said, knowing he was referring to me.

He got up, handed me back my ear bud, and walked back toward the fire. I looked forward, and saw a mini ender man. But it was white with electric blue eyes. I snapped my head away as I looked into it's eyes. It teleported to my side and pulled a small Crystal out of my pocket. Reaching for it,  the Enderman moved out of reach, inspecting the Crystal. He looked at me, then walked over and handed it back.

     "Siht so ecin..." It said.

"Knaht uoy." I said, speaking Ender man as my mom had taught me. I gently took the Crystal back and put it in my pocket. Looking the Enderman over again, I saw it was about as tall as me, pure white in places, but light gray in others. It's eyes seemed to scan me as I scanned it.

"Oh nac uoy kaeps namrende?" He asked, looking at me.

"Llew, of uoy wonk enoyna deman xela?"

"Ebyam, I eveileb what emac other eht done ecno... Seod ehs evah nworb riah?" He asked, and I nodded. He looked down and thought a minute. Then his face lite up.

"Alex?! Alex Diamond!? She showed you how to speak enderman?!" I was shocked at his speaking English.

"Yeah, she's my Mom. Max is my dad." I said, and his eyes went wider, and he bowed down to me, like I was some sort of really important person. "Um... What are you doing?"

"Well, your the granddaughter of Herobrine, are you not?" He looked up.

    "Yes, I am. Why?"

He rose off the ground, holding out his hand. "I must take you too him at once, he has never seen you, only heard of you, young guardian-"

"Guardian? Sorry, but you've got the wrong girl" I said, turning away.

"No, I asure you, you have been handpicked by Nocth to be a guardian. I do not know of what, I am sad to report, however."

"So, in order to get this all figured out, I have to go see the guy my parents tried to keep me away from because of his fire, demonic temper?" I said, crossing my arms as the Enderman nodded. "Ok" I agreed, wrapping up my earbuds and placing them and my phone into my pocket.

I took the Enders hand and he teleported me to a mansion in the Nether. The doors squng open and in the door way, I saw a man in a blue t-shirt, jeans, gray shoes and blazing white eyes.

"Andy!" He ran out of his house straight toward me, sword in hand.
