Chapter 5- The Lie

(Soo let me clear this up; This story takes place in the year 2015)

Nacyla's POV:

We were ahead by five which I was surprised. "Five minutes left!" Colby shouted. Right now it was 15 to 10 and I must say, I'm fucking impressed. It was my turn to ask Ari a question, "What grade did we meet? And what did I first say to you?".

"8th grade and you said 'Hey I'm Nacyla. Wanna be friends?" Ari replied. "Your good" I laughed. I grabbed the ball, threw it and made it. "What year did we meet" Ari asked. "1985" I said proudly. "How the hell do you remember that?!" Ari asked surprised.

I shrugged and smiled shooting the ball once more making it. "Times up!" Sam yelled. We all faced the large crowd. Oh no. My stage fright. No. No. No. Go the fuck away. "Alright guys! Who won?!" Colby shouted.

Everyone shouted 'Ari and Nacyla'. Ari and I smiled and I threw my arm around her and she did the same. "Alright the prize for winning is you get to spend the rest of the day with us" Sam smiled. Ari and I looked at each other with big smiled.

~two hours later~

The show ended and it was fun. We got to see Colby do the grind on me again. And let me tell you it was cringe but still funny as hell. Right now the four of us were at McDiabetes.

Sam and Colby were filming a Vine outside and Ari and I were inside talking about random things.

"So how much you wanna bet Colby will make a move on you?" Ari teased. I laughed and shook my head 'no'.

"Yeah right there is no way a hot ass guy like that would want to be with someone like me" I scoffed (Little did you know).

Ari rolled her eyes and opened her mouth to say a smartass remark but then Sam and Colby walked in.

"So you guys wanna grab some food?" Sam asked. "Sure, I'll pay. Ari give mah money" I joked. She smiled and reached into her purse and gave me $30. I took it and walked up to the register.

"Hello ma'am what can I get you and your boyfriend?" I turned around not realizing Colby was right behind me.

"Oh he's not my boyfriend he's-" Colby interrupted me and finished the sentence, "I'm her Fiancé. Were getting married in a few months". "Oh congrats!" The lady behind the counter said.

I looked at Colby like he was crazy. I could tell he tried his best not to bust out laughing. I rolled my eyes and turned back towards the woman.

"Can I get one large Caramel Frappe? And one small fry. And what do you want honey?" I said sharply turning towards Colby.

"I'll have a large fry. And also two cheese burgers for the best man who is right over there by his wife. Well soon to be. We're having a double wedding" Colby smiled.

"Is that it?" The woman asked smiling brightly. I nodded 'yes' knowing Ari wanted to go to someplace else for food. I'm so getting Colby back for saying that.
