Times - war

You are a time traveler in 1918, and you just accidentally said "World War One"

"Why would you say that?!"
It takes me a while before I realise my mistake...
"ONE?! What do you mean ONE?!?!"
So many people...
"Uhm... I- I didn't mean that," I stutter in their confusion "it was a joke, yeah just a joke..."
"Why would you joke about that kind of thing?" A soft voice, I turn around and face a woman with two kids in her hands, she had an anxious expression on her face.
"I just tried to be... funny?" I tell the woman "really, nothing to worry about."
my watch starts beeping a little, so softly only I hear it. It mean my times up here and I need to go to another time.
"I'm really sorry if I scared anyone!" I shout, and start leaving the crowd.
"stupid," "idiot," some of the things I heard people muttering,
luckily people start having their own conversations and start leaving.
"America, 3562, 26th of Juli" the place starts to look different,
cars with the newest technology and way more things start to appear, I'm in the middle of a crowd.
"Well what a beautiful day for the end of the word!"
"WHAT?!"
"Whoops?"
