I woke up to the light that was shining in my eyes. I heard soft small snores next to my head and I turn to see Spark sleeping. I smile and poke his stomach gently. He stirred awake. When he saw me he instantly became energized and started zipping around which caused me to giggle. When he was in my reach I quickly ,but gently, pinched his antenna like whickers to stop him. I let him go when he looked calm enough and he flew onto my shoulder. I patted his head and got out of the comfortable bed. I then stretch and go to the kitchen cooking breakfast for us. I made an omelet for myself and a pancake with whip cream and sprinkles for Spark as well as chocolate syrup. We ate in a comfortable silence. All that was heard was forts clanking against the plates and Spark enjoying his food. I smirk and put some whip cream on my finger. "Hey Spark" I called out breaking the silence. He gave a 'hm' and looked at me only to be met with whip cream going into his face. I laugh and he pouts. He then smirked and picked up the syrup bottle squeezing it and causing it to squirt the syrup in my face. He laughed as I whipped my face also laughing. "No fair!" I whined. "Is to" He mocked in my whining tone. We laughed and I grab a few napkins. I use one for my face and gave Spark one for himself. We whipped our faces off. My face however was sticky so I went to the sink and washed it off fully. When I came back out Spark was trying to lift the empty plates. He accidently drooped them so I quickly jumped after them and fell on the floor but I did catch them. I get back up and Spark blushes in embarrassment. "Heh whoops. Sorry Y/N" He apologized. I laugh softly and pat his head with my pointer finger. "It's alright Spark" I said. I go over and wash the sink before putting it in the rack. Spark sat on my shoulder and curled up. I go to the animal room to check up on everyone and do my rounds of medicine, feeding and watering. I heard soft snores so I look and saw Spark had fallen asleep. I smile softly and gently took him off my shoulder, holding him in my hands. I walked to the living room and set him on a pillow.

I then go around and do my chores also changing into some day clothes before heading to my bedroom. I drew for a bit until I heard a knock at my window. I go over and open it. No one was there so I peek my head out curiously. I then look up to meet green eyes. It was chat and we were nose to nose. I blushed and quickly pulled my head back in. He climbed down and into the room also sharing a blush of his own. We sat on the bed awkwardly. It was silent. "S-So..." He started as he broke the awkward silence. "So..." I repeated silently. "How was your day so far?" He asked. "It was...busy I guess you could say" I said as I scratched the back of my neck nervously with a slight blush still on my face. It wasn't noticeable though it seems. "How about you?" I asked him. "Quite boring really" He answered. I nod as if saying I understood. We sat there in silence some more until I broke it this time. "S-So Chat, what's it like being a hero anyways?" I asked. He took a second to think before answering. "It's overwhelming to say the least" He answered. "Is it scary at all?" I asked him. "Of course it would be a bit scary but you put what you love and care for most before yourself." He answered. "What you love and care for most?" I asked confused a bit. "This city. It's what I love and everyone here is what I care for. Paris is one of a kind and nothing can replace it" He said. I nod understanding. "What if you are put up against what you care for most?" I asked. He smiled and looked at me with a slight chuckle. "Why are you so curious about what its like being a hero hm?" He asked. "N-No reason! I just wonder how you react to situations like those" I answered quickly. He laughed. "Curiosity killed the cat you know" He said. "But knowing brought it back" I added. "So your willing to kill me then to revive me which would only happen if you talk to another hero?" He asked joking like. I decided to joke back. "Who said anything about me reviving you?" I said. He gave a fake gasp and pretended to be hurt. I snickered. "Well will you at least kiss me to try and revive me?" He asked flirtatiously. He was smirking and winked at me. I blushed a bright red and covered my face. He laughed at my red state. I smack his arm. "No flirting!" I scolded still blushing. "Awe but that blush on you is-" He started but I covered his mouth with my hands. "No flirting! If you flirt I will lock the windows and doors so you can't get back in" I said completely red. He nodded agreeing so I uncovered his mouth and he instantly started spurting out a whole bunch of pickup lines. I groaned and go to my closet locking myself in it. He chuckled and stood next to the door. "Oh come on love, you know you liked it. Your face said so" He said. "S-Shut up!" I yelled causing him to snicker. "Open the door love. I promise to not start flirting first thing" He said. "Cross your heart, hope to die, stick a cupcake in your eye promise?" I asked. "Yes. Whatever you said that's the promise." He said. I unlocked the door and slowly opened it. he held his hand out to me so I took it and he pulled me up and onto my own two feet. I stepped forwards but tripped over my own feet and fell right into him. We fell down and Chat broke my fall. I rubbed my head. My eyes went wide when I noticed the position we were in. I was laying on top of a groaning Chat whose rubbing his head. I quickly got up. "S-Sorry Chat! Are you okay?!" I asked quickly as I helped him up. "Yeah just fine. I knew you were falling for me but I never knew you wanted me that bad." He said with a flirtatious wink. I gave him a blank face as I push him outside onto the balcony and locked the door after I went back inside. I ignored the cat who was clawing at the window begging me to let him back inside. I waited 10 minutes until the scratching stopped and footsteps walking away was heard. I go over and unlock the door. As soon as I heard the click The doors were forcefully pushed open and I was tackled to the floor by a familiar black cat. He hugged me tightly. I just sigh and pet his head as he purred.
