Forgotten and Found

The Mission

Lucy looks up from her book that Levy lent her to see Natsu laughing at something that Lisanna had said. You see they had just come back from Edolas and Natsu was spending time with his childhood friend Lisanna. Ever since Lisanna had come back from Edolas or returned from the dead Natsu had spent all his time with her. It has been a week since Natsu and Lucy have talked, and they only talked because Natsu couldn't cook and was hungry as usual so, Lucy made him some food. As she saw Natsu laughing at something Lisanna said she got this feeling in her chest. Jealousy was it? She couldn't tell because it was a new feeling. Then Natsu and Lisanna came over to Lucy.

"Hey Luce," Natsu said with that stupid grin on his face.

"Hey" was the only reply that came.

"So do you guys want to go on a job?" asked Lisanna.

Immediately, Lucy sat up.

"You mean all three of us?" Lucy questioned.

"Yeah, maybe we can get to know each other better Natsu tells me great things about you." Lisanna answers.

"Sure" Lucy answers happily that Natsu hadn't totally forgotten about her.

So they went to the job board and looked for a good one to go on. There were many jobs on the board. There were all different jobs some had bandits with a good reward. There were jobs posters with cool pictures on them words in cool fonts and of course, there was Nab looking for the special job that only he could go on. Finally, Lisanna finds one.

"How about this one?" she asks.

The job was: kill some monsters that are lurking in the caves around Keystone mountain reward:500,000 jewels. Once they saw the request they went up to Mira and showed her the request. After that, they finished eating their breakfast and walked out of the guild. It was a beautiful summer morning birds were chirping, the sky was clear and there was a nice small breeze.

Then Lisanna asked "so should we start to get ready for the mission and meet at the train station at around 3:30 ish?"

They all agreed on that and split up to get the things they needed for the mission, so Lucy Lisanna and Natsu went their separate ways to get ready. At Lucy's house, Lucy got changed into her warm fur coat, a snow hat with something to velcro over her ears, and her snow boots. she made sure she had her keys and went off to the train station. When she arrived she saw Lisanna walking to where Natsu and Happy were where waiting. Once they boarded the train Natsu immediately out of instinct lay his head on Lucy's lap, Lisanna looked at them with a huge smile kind of like Mira's when she sees her ships together. Then when Natsu had fallen asleep Lisanna started to tell Lucy about some of the things that Natsu had told her about Lisanna.

"He told me about how he would always climb through your window and you would get mad and go through the door next time. How you would always make him and happy food. It seems like you two are close." Lisanna

"We were close," Lucy says in a sad tone.

"What happened?" asked Lisanna.

Lucy wanted to say you came back but thought it was rude so just stayed silent.

"You love him don't you?" Lisanna asks.

Silence filled the air. When they finally arrived at their destination they got off and started heading towards Keystone mountain. When they got there it was deserted no one and nothing in sight. Then they heard a growl.

"What was that?" questioned Lucy.

Out of nowhere jumped out three gorilla-sized monsters. They started to attack Natsu took on the biggest ones while Lisanna and Lucy took the two smaller ones. Lucy then asked happy to fly her up above the monster so she could go get a few air hits. While she was flying up she heard a rumbling she looked where it was coming from and saw an avalanche headed toward them. She yelled at the top of her lungs to warn the others but they didn't seem to hear.

After that, it went black Lucy woke up a few minutes later she couldn't see Natsu or Lisanna anywhere. Then she saw Natsu running somewhere. He uncovers an unconscious Lisanna. He glared up at her with cold dark eyes.

"You killed her," he said in a harsh tone.

He then picked her up and started running to the guild to see if Wendy could still save here.
