Aftermath

4 years have passed...Lester left to find someone...Violet went missing...Darkana became ruler of gods in the master's place...murders have been going on...the god realm is restless...
{In the Capital the new ruler and council are having a meeting}
"So many unusual deaths lately..."said one council. "I know right it's strange.... do you think it's a demon that's responsible?" Said another. "Possibly...but we haven't picked up on any demonic activity with these murders,"said a third with a concern tone. They all looked down feeling concern and clueless."It's not a demon you idiots... but most likely a goddess or god in this case." The council got startled by the voice and looked at the entrance of the room. A women appeared walking out of the shadows, she had white hair and pale skin. She also black lipstick on and seemed to be in her twenties on god years. She looked business-like and annoyed. She then spoke again. "Honestly I though you were smart people not a bunch of guessing clowns!" They all looked at her and quickly stood up and bowed saying,"Y-your majesty! We apologize... we had no ideas you had just walked in..."one said speaking for everyone. The ruler sighed and smiles at them with forgiveness and said, "How many times must I tell you...call me Lady Darkana ... I hate being called majesty makes me feel like I'm to special." They looked at her and bowed again apologizing for forgetting she quickly motioned them to rise up and go to there seats. As that happened a female voice from behind her spoke."That's cause you kinda are special Darkana." Darkana looked behind her to find a similar aged blonde women with pink streaks and antlers talking. The women was also wearing a prison jumpsuit. Darkana looked at the women and smiled."Ah...Lester dear....you came,"Darkana looked extremely pleased and offered Lester a seat next to her. Lester blushed a bit and accepted the offer and sat down. Lester then said "I only came cause you said this may have something to do with Violet's disappearance." Darkana chuckled at what Lester said,while Lester had a serious expression. "I'm aware Lester but I also mention this may give you more info on your death list lately after all you been complaining about how it's acting up," said Darkana. Lester looked away annoyed. "It's been 3 years since Violet's disappearance...so who knows what she's been doing..."  said Darkana.  Lester looked down as she said that and said ," I know right ... I mean for the year after Master Nio's death... she stayed in that room , never coming out, grieving yet still in disbelief and then one day ...Bam! She's gone and no where to be found..." They both felt guilty about it and then Lester continued,"We left her alone in that sad shrine...in that cold empty room because you wanted a purpose in life and I needed to find the person master told me to find...I may have found him but I lost her in the process..." "We should've  been there for her..." Darkana said feeling guilty. The council looked at them both and stayed silent. "I know...but right now we need to focus on the mission at hand ...we'll find her soon...and hopefully get her to be social because who knows if she's willing too anymore," said Lester trying to focus. "Fill us in on what the problem is council." Said Lester. The council then refocused and cleared there throats. "Y-yes of course Lester." Said one but before he could continue Darkana spoke. "Wait instead of telling the info why don't we show it or link it instead",she said smiling. "What ever do you mean Lady Darkana? How will we show what we can say?" Darkana grinned and snapped her fingers and out came a boy with pale skin and freckles appeared. Lester looked away instantly feeling a hint of heartbroken as she realized who it was. The boy was tall and wore a gray shirt black pants with suspenders and a crimson bow around his neck.He also had steampunk goggles in his head and a small white porcupine on his shoulder. "Everyone this is Jay K. Glitchy he is a glitch," said Darkana. The council looked impressed. "A glitch!" said one. "How rare!!!" Said another. While the council seemed impressed by Jay's presence Lester seems a bit embarrassed and awkward. Darkana notices and quickly nudged her. "Look... I know you two broke up but he extremely helpful around the castle... try not to be so tense about his presence alright?" Lester nodded but still looked a little uncomfortable and down. Jay then noticed Lester and felt a bit awkward but then spoke up trying to refocus."Thank you Lady Darkana...As the ruler said I am Jay K. Glitchy... I am a glitch and I would like to be preferred as Jk. I will be helping you show your fellow council and royal presences what you discovered."  The council looked amaze and then one spoke. "How are you gonna show us what we want to share with the ruler?" Once the council said this Jk smirked and said, "Well let me show you my dear fellow gods and goddesses what I can do~." He then cleared his throat and said, "Victoria! it's time." As soon as he said the name Victoria, the small porcupine's ears perked up and she quickly jumped off his shoulder and hopped towards the middle of the room on top of the table. At this point Jk began to fiddle with his wrist watch and say some weird enchantment or "codes". Victoria's eyes began to glow at this point and for a split second a glitch lighting appeared and strike everyone in the room. Jk then shouted, "Mind Link Code 10010084!" And with that everyone felt a slight pain in their heads but suddenly information started flowing into their minds. "l-little heads up would've been nice Jk..." Lester groaned while holding her head. Jk chuckled , "sorry I thought you like pain Lester after all you were saying how much you love having Darkana punish you.~" Lester quickly got red and frustrated but before she could speak Darkana motioned her not to and then said, "Jk if we are really talking about personal matters like this then shall we discuss how you are with ash? Like how you let him have a personal stripping session for you?" Jk quickly got quiet and flustered, while Lester snickered in the background and said, "PFFFFTTTTTT SHE TOLD YOU!!!!!" Jk then quickly answered, " S-SHUT UP!!!!!" he then sat down flustered and a bit frustrated. The council looked confused and amused by the three and the cleared there throats and began to speak of the murders. "So the only similarities we have are that they're rich families and a bloody rose is painted near the bodies on a wall?" said Darkana feeling a bit disturbed. "Yes...not to mention these families are people who cheated their way to fam and riches...Greedy bastards if I might say," said one council. "I see..." said Darkana rather annoyed. "Their also calling this murderer Black Plague because of how they kills the children..." Both Lester and Darkana gave a serious look. Darkana then asked, "How do they kill the children?" The one council member gave a nervous look and said ,"The children die peacefully....but have black spots on their skins after being dead... it would appear our murderer has the power to make humans sick or die peacefully....but the parents seemed to die by sword wounds." Lester looked at Darkana with a serious look. Darkana sighed and said, "No doubt about it... it's definitely Her. After all she's the only one who was able to kill like that when we were kids..." The council grew quiet as Darkana said that. Lester looked down closing her eyes in a bit of disappointment and said, "Man... I didn't think she'll ever do something like this..." "I know....but the evidence shows that it has to be her... no demon would have done this...those things are parasites... this is just pure anger we are dealing with..." said Darkana feeling down and guilty. Jk sat there frowning and thought, "Is this person really the person they been telling me about?" They all sat there in silence and tried to think of how to stop these murders.

Meanwhile....another murder takes place....

"Pl-please h-have mercy!!! A-at least spare the children!!!THEY DID NOTHING!!!" cried the man on the floor bleeding badly. "Pl-please spare them pl-please miss..." said his wife who was in tears and also badly wounded. They both lied there in critical condition...blood was everywhere and children screams were heard couple feet from were the dying couple laid. Three dead bodies of children laid in front of them and there....there in the darkness stood a girl ,with fox ears and a tail and reddish brown hair, holding a crying baby child in her arms. She had blood all over her and wore completely black clothing. "Greed is nothing...but Man's hunger for power... and this hunger is passed down generation....to generation...this child....is no different..." The girl then kissed the child's forehead and the crying slowly stopped...the child then formed black spots on it's body...and like that...the child was lifeless. The girl looked at the child with such a heartless expression and the dropped the child to the floor kicking it to the side with caused it to have a cracked skull. The couple trembled after seeing their last child die like that...The wife began to sob uncontrollably while the husband yelled, "YOU HEARTLESS MONSTER!!!HOW COULD YOU?!" he began to cry, "What the hell are you?!" The girl looked at the child and then at the couple who were losing a lot of blood and were going to die soon. She then slowly walked towards the dying couple. They started to tremble and yell, "S-Stay Away!!!!" But the girl didn't listen she got closer until she was right in front of them. She then knelt down and dipped her fingers in their wounds and stood up and start smearing their blood on the wall above them...She repeated this until the couple became lifeless corpses on the floor that bleed to death. After they died she looked at them and finally spoke. "I am something you worship...something you fear...I bring you gifts of fortune...but you have become greedy with those gifts so I gave you the gift of mischief...and death...I am your god...but for some reason  you humans call me black plague..." She then grew quiet and began to walk away from the horrid scene she created and disappeared  into the shadows...leaving on the wall....a bloody crimson rose.

(Sorry it took long to get this chapter out I been busy with work and school ^^; I'm working on chapter 3 now so stay tuned!)
