A/N: Hey guys! So we're finally starting this story! Yay! I figured I'd start writing this now because I just performed at my school's Christmas concert and I did really good on the drums! Therefore, I'm in a good mood.

Yami: You drum?

A/N: Yeah, for five years now.

Yami: You should make a reader story were Y/N is in a band. Maybe?

A/N: I don't think I'd pull off that kind of story. I'm not familiar with those stories. But this isn't about different stories! This is about this special! This chapter is just Weiss and Ruby finding you in a big cave as a dragon. You don't have any fear of people's opinion of you, so you don't care about people seeing you as a dragon. Should be fun!

Yami: Woooooah... A story where the protagonist isn't afraid of their badass power? AMAZING! REVOLUTIONARY!

A/N: Yes indeed. Enjoy!

Weiss' POV

Ruby and I were just called into Professor Ozpin's office for a mission. We walked over there, discussing what the mission might be. Well, I was discussing. Ruby was just sort of throwing out absurd ideas. Things like, 'Maybe it's a new type of Grimm' or 'Maybe we're going undercover.' Ridiculous things like that. I had a good feeling it was a simple Grimm kill quest. That, or something else. I can't think of anything else Ozpin would need two people for. When we got to his office, he turned around in his chair and greeted us.

Ozpin: Miss. Rose, Miss. Schnee! Glad to see you made it.

Ruby: No problem professor! So, what's the mission?

Ozpin: Ah, yes. There is a cave hidden far to the north of here. An old friend of mine lives there. I'd like for you to meet with him. I need to talk to him, but it seems this year's Vytal Festival preparations are making it difficult to leave. I just need you two to relay a message to him. Oh and, leave your weapons here.

Weiss: But sir, what if Grimm show up?

Ozpin: There's no need to worry about Grimm there. That friend of mine has scared them all away.

Ruby: Grimm get scared?

Weiss: That's impossible!

Ozpin: You'll understand when you meet him. The Bullhead is waiting for you. You'll be in and out.

Ruby: Copy that sir!

Weiss: What's the message?

Ozpin: Tell him that Ozpin needs to talk. Should do the trick.

We nodded and left the room before heading to the Bullhead. Once we got on board, we were given some winter gear for the area. After a long flight, we showed up at the mountain. It was covered in snow and ice, making it hard to move through, but the pilot got us right in front of the cave. We walked through the large tunnel for a few minutes before seeing a large sculpture in the middle of the opening.

Weiss: What is that?

Ruby: It looks like a dragon!

Weiss: I guess...

The statue then moved, it's head now looking at us.

Ruby: Ah! It's looking at us!

Weiss: I can see that!

Dragon: Who are you?

Weiss: W-We don't want any trouble!

Ruby: Please don't eat us!

Weiss: Ruby!

The dragon chuckled before standing up and started to shrink. It walked towards us as it grew smaller before it changed into a more human form. He had long white hair and E/C eyes that were sharp like an animal's eyes. His hair went all the way down his back and he did not look dressed for the cold. He had blue markings all over his body and seemed to make the air colder around him. He also didn't look much older than me. 18 at the most.

???: I assume you need something. Not many come here anymore. Though I wonder, why are you two children here?

Weiss: We're not children! We're huntresses! And Ozpin sent us.

???: Old Oz?

His expression seemed to change to a surprised look at the mention of Ozpin.

???: I understand. I presume you have a means of transportation?

Weiss: Wait, you don't even know what we want!

???: I can guess. If Oz wants to talk, I'll come with you.

We exchanged weird looks before heading out of the cave. Once we reached the exit, we boarded the Bullhead and left for Beacon.

Timeskip brought to you by Y/N fist bumping Natsu

Once we got to Beacon, I noticed that we were getting weird looks from the students around us. Ozpin came to meet us in the courtyard and looked pleased when he saw the guy we brought with us.

Ozpin: Well, it certainly has been some time.

???: Indeed Oz. I didn't expect you'd send children to get me back here.

Ozpin: Well, things have been busy for me here. How are you, Y/N?

Y/N: Cold as ice.

Ozpin: I see you haven't changed much.

Y/N: Not much in that cave to change me. So what did you need?

Ozpin: Ah yes, come with me.

Ozpin took the guy we now knew as Y/N into the school. As they were walking, Y/N glanced over his shoulder at me and Ruby before gesturing to his wrist. He turned back and kept walking with Ozpin, leaving me and Ruby in the courtyard. I looked down at my wrist and saw a crystal bracelet there that I didn't have before. Ruby seemed to notice as she suddenly questioned me.

Ruby: Did you have that before?

Weiss: No...

Ruby: Did that guy give it to you?

Weiss: I-I don't know!

Ruby: Mhm...

Weiss: S-Stop looking at me like that!

Ruby: Hm.... Ok!

Ruby happily walked off leaving me alone in the courtyard, blushing a bit. What could Ruby have possibly been assuming? I shook the thought from my head before heading back to my dorm. On the way, I couldn't help but wonder about Y/N. Was he living in that cave all his life? Why did he call us children if we're the same age? I had so many questions for him, but I guess I'll have to wait a bit before I can ask him.

A/N: Hey! Thanks for reading! So that was chapter one! I finally got it out!

Yami: Yeah, only took you a week...

A/N: Better late than never! Besides, performance tasks at school have me all stressed and busy!

Yami: Maybe I could help you relieve some stress?

A/N: Huh? What do you-

Yami: *tackles A/N* Signing off!
