after a year of being in this college, it only brought me good memories. for the whole 12 months. i fell in love with changkyun tho he doesn't know. i sustained good grades—
"sone bul nal ttaekkaji baksu jjakjjakjjakjjak" my phone ringtone went off, signing someone is calling me. i picked up my phone and the screen flashed, "changkyun💜🍡 is calling you.." i smiled and picked up.
"hello changkyun, what's up?" i answered.
"the sky, jokes but wanna get lunch with me? and maybe hang out?" he asked.
"that was lame but sure, where to?"i giggled.
"the mall near college." he responded.
"alright i'll be there in 30" i said before hanging up. _____________

i combed my hair and curled my fringe so that my bangs would look nicer. i grabbed my phone, wallet and my sling bag and headed to the mall. while walking i decided to text changkyun.
babykjy45: hey changs where are you? i'm on the way already.
ayeaim26: i'm already there yoon, i'm waiting for you outside the small pizzeria
babykjy45: you bought pizza for me?
ayeaim26: yea your favourite, hawaiian.
babykjy45: wow i kinda love you
ayeaim26: kinda? you asshole i bought u pizza

phew lucky i bought my cigarettes. yea i started smoking. changkyun doesn't know. only wonho. before entering the pizzeria, i went to a dark alley next to the pizzeria , and took out my lighter and a cigarette. shit, only 2 sticks left. whatever i'll pass money to wonho and ask him to buy for me.
i place the cigarette in between my lips pursing my lips lightly so it doesn't fall. i quickly lit the cigarette and sucked in the smoke while playing my phone scrolling through instagram.
incoming text: "ayeaim26: nice cigarette."
i quickly looked around in panic looking out for signs of him. i hid the cigarette behind me when i saw him holding a plastic assuming the pizza is in there.
"huh now you know. just let me finish this stick." i said knowing he felt dissapointed . bringing the cigarette that was in between my index & middle to my lips & sucked in the smoke. he watched me the whole time, no words left his lips. i knew he was dissapointed. very dissapointed. i started smoking because i found out that my parents started arguing again, my smaller sister texted me telling me that she always doesn't have pocket money for school & i felt really stressed studying to sustain good grades with the problems i have, so i started anyway.
"why didn't you tell me?" he asked looking down.
"why should i? all i got from people knowing that i smoke is nothing but dissapointment." i answered taking the last puff of the cigarette. i dropped it and stepped on it, making sure there's no more smoke.
"let's go" i sighed. i wanted to walk out of the dark alley but he grabbed my shoulder and pulled me into a hug. i can feel my heart beating in my throat.
"look yoon, i care alot for you, i'm not dissapointed, i'm sad i wasn't there for your problems, i feel like a bad person for not knowing you're suffering behind my back. i'm so sorry." he said as he moved his face nearer to the crook of my neck.
"i- i love you yoon. i would even risk my life for you." he said as his voice cracked and i felt my neck became wet, signing that he was crying.
"hey hey don't cry changkyun, i love you too & i'm sorry too i didn't tell you about this, i'll promise to be honest always for you." i said stroking his hair and hugging him tighter. he pulled away from the hug with slightly red eyes & looked at me with a pouty face and i can't help but giggle.
"so cute, let's go changkyun." i said leaving him there dumbfounded.
"hey— wait!!!" he said running to catch up with my pace.
he pulled my hand, making me face him with only inches away from each other's faces.
"lets date." he said smiling.
"no" i jokingly said.
"that's a yes then." he smiled intertwining my hand with his.
"whatever you say mister." i said pinching his cheek.
"ouch." he looked at me and pouted. i booped his nose and we both giggled, spending the rest of the day together with nothing but love. ___________ chapter 8 ended;;
