Chapter 3

***Demi's POV***

It was a surprise dinner with the family! I wanted Katie to get to know them. I hope she likes them.

I called Mom, Dallas and Madison. I also invited Marissa because she is my best friend. I decided to have a dinner at home so that Katie was in a comfortable environment. We were having it tomorrow night.

"Katie, come here for a minute" I called "tomorrow night we are having dinner with my Mom my two sisters Dallas and Madison and my best friend Marissa here at home" I said. She looked a bit nervous so told her that Madison would love her and I was sure the other would too! After I said that she looked happier.

Today was the day I was taking Katie shopping! We went to the mall and got her some pretty dresses, some shorts, t-shirts, a leather jacket ( which looked really cute ), some jeans and some leggings. Once we had done she was sooo happy! She was like me, she loved shopping! We went and got some ice cream and went home.

By the time we got home it was around 6pm so I made dinner. We were having butter chicken! It was one of the only things I could cook without burning it or it not being cooked properly! Katie enjoyed it! Once we had finished dinner Katie and I watched a little TV and then we were really tired.

I ran upstairs really fast! It was too fast because I slipped and fell right down to the bottom and started laughing crazily! Katie thought it was funny too!

After a bit of a laugh we went upstairs and got ready for bed. I helped Katie get ready and put her in my bed then I got ready. Finally I was in bed! Katie couldn't sleep so I decided to sing too her til she fell asleep. Not long after I fell into a world where anything could happen.(dreamland😜)

I woke up the next morning. I got up, had a shower and then got up Katie. Once Katie was ready I called Max (my security guard) and told him I was going to the grocery store.

As we got to the grocery store we saw Max. There were lots of paparazzi around. I had to go and get Katie out of the car seat and buy some food to cook for tonight. I decided to cook pasta and put salad on the side. I got some pasta, pasta sauce, a bag of salad and some salad dressing. I paid for it and then said bye to Max and went home.

It was time for Katie to have a nap. I gave her a sandwich. Once she had eaten it I went and put her down for a nap. It was 4pm so I thought I would go on twitter maybe post a keek or something! I took a selfie and posted it on twitter.

Then I fell asleep on the couch!

About 3hours later I woke up to Marissa shaking me awake! I was a really heavy sleeper. Then I remembered that Katie was sleeping. Nobody but Marissa knew about her! I ran upstairs and got up Katie. She was awake and was on her bed playing with her Bratz dolls. I wouldn't let her have barbies because I didn't want her idolising them. When she saw me she shouted Momma! Then I took her downstairs! Everybody thought she was...
