Chapter 2

***Demi's POV***

I woke up the next morning at about 9am. Katie was still sound asleep next to me. I decided to wait for her to wake up. So, I went on twitter and tweeted.

@ddlovato: just woke up and I think I might try to make some pancakes☕️

Instantly I got hundreds of favourites and retweets. Then I thought I would take a selfie and post it as well. As I was taking a selfie Katie was starting to wake up. I posted the pic then put down my phone.

***Katie's POV***

I woke up in moms bed. She was already awake and had just put down her phone. "Morning Katie" she said
"Morning mom" I replied
"Did you sleep well?" She asked
"Yeah" I said as I yawned sleepily
"I'm going to have a shower. If you want you can keep sleeping or watch TV if you like" said Demi as she started to get up.

When she was in the shower I decided to watch TV. I went downstairs and turned on Disney junior. Then I fell asleep.

***Demi's POV***

I had a quick shower and went downstairs to find Katie had fallen asleep while watching Disney junior. It was sooo cute.

I decided to let her sleep while I attempted to make pancakes. I was not a very good cook. Everytime I tried to cook I either burned what I was making or it was undercooked.

***Katie's POV***

I woke up with a start. There came a loud crash from the kitchen! Fuck! screamed Demi not long after the crash. I knew how to use her phone so I decided to get it and record her trying to cook.

I started filming, luckily her phone was on silent! Then suddenly the whole bowl of pancake batter fell off the bench and all over her and the floor! I tried not to laugh but I couldn't help it, it was hilarious! She luckily didn't hear me. I stopped filming and went back to her room and decided to put it on keek! I had no idea how to post it on keek so I kept trying until it finally was on there.

Suddenly I heard Demi coming and decided to just pretended I was asleep. She was covered in pancake batter and I just lay the completely still as she came in.

***Demi's POV***

I had just made an epic fail at making pancakes. I knew Katie had seen me get covered in pancake batter so as payback for laughing I decide to give her a big hug so she also would be covered in it too! We both started laughing and then went and had a shower.

After about an hour we decided to just have toast and then I had a big surprise for her! It was...
