*Trigger warning* {a section of violence in the beginning, nothing too deep this time.} I changed the way i write, i hope it makes it easier to read the story. enjoy.

A few days have passed since Yoongi and Jungkook had kissed. Yoongi wasn't exactly sure what he was feeling, he liked the kiss but he knows that he shouldn't get into a relationship. Yoongi has never been someone who is good at expressing his emotions or being able to explain his feelings. Yoongi's last relationship ended badly and he was a complete mess. He just didn't want to get hurt again.

Distant chatter could be heard from all directions but he was too deep in thought to actually care. He was confused. He shook his head and decided to just head home and not go to his last class.

Yoongi stopped by the store on his way home, bought some snacks and a six pack of beer. Thankfully nobody was home when he walked in, kicking off his shoes and hanging his jacket up. He sighed and walked up to his room. Yoongi has a mini fridge in his room that he put his beer in, he grabbed one before leaving the rest. He opened the can and took a big gulp of the bitter tasting liquid.

He was buzzed enough to feel numb at this point. He felt good, like he wasn't such a piece of shit. The front door opened, he sighed knowing his parents were now home. His mother called his name, but he didn't respond nor get off of his bed considering he was so buzzed. Once he didn't respond to the second time she called him he heard his father coming up stairs to his room. He knew he was about to get yelled at or even beaten up for being drunk on a school night, but he really didn't care at this point.

"What the fuck do you think you are doing?" his father yelled from his now wide open door.

"I'm laying down" his words incoherent and slurred.

His father was annoyed now, he walked over to Yoongi and grabbed him by the shirt. He was yelling and screaming but Yoongi could barley understand him, there was a ringing in his ears. His father was getting more pissed off each time he didn't answer him. Everything was a blur after that, one punch after another. Yoongi could taste the blood in his mouth, oddly enough he didn't mind the metallic taste.

"Do you think this is funny?" His father screamed in his face, seeing how Yoongi coldly chuckled after each punch he got to his face.

Yoongi's mother rushed into his room after hearing all the yelling. She was screaming at her husband to get off, but he wouldn't listen. Punch after punch, Yoongi was starting to see stars, he was still pretty buzzed so the punches didn't hurt, and he was too weak to even fight back. He believed that he deserved this. Yoongi's once milky white skin, now covered in blood and purple bruises.

He didn't even realize that his father stopped punching him until his mother was next to his side, checking on him.

"Oh my god, Yoongi are you okay?" "Can you hear me baby?" "Please stay with me" there was so much panic in her voice, he felt so guilty for making her worry so much about him. He reached his hand out to find her's and squeezed it tightly because he couldn't even speak at this point.

His mother said something that he couldn't quite understand, her voice was so faint and he was getting so tired. "No baby, keep your eyes open. the ambulance is on its way" she replied, but he couldn't hear her. he closed his eyes, hoping that he wouldn't wake up.

The room was cold, he was in pain. he was slowly starting to wake up, his head was killing him from all the drinking he did last night. he opened his eyes slowly to get used to the brightly lit room.

"What the fuck...?" he trails off as he looks down at his arm, an IV in it giving him fluids. He was so out of it last night, he barley remembers what happened. He looks over at the small table next to him, his phone there with a note attached to it. He picked it up and read the note. "Don't leave the hospital, make sure you eat your meals, i will be by to see you after work. -love mom"
