Chapter nine: family time

Ashley's P.O.V

I hate families get-together so much, for two reasons:
-My whole family is formed by a group judgmental who talk

- they keep staring at me because of the way i dress and it's very  uncomfortable and rude

Basically they keep talking bad about me, comparing me to Denis and my other cousins

And they still wonder why I don't talk to them...

I set with my family for dinner my grandparents and cousins as well, my mom made Denis and I wear some "presentable" clothes, my grandparents are very strict they still think like in the 60's

Tomorrow we are going to the church, they're going to stay in here until Christmas...

"So...Ashley how's at school?" My grandpa asked me

Here comes the awkwardness

"Better now that i'm on holidays" I replied and I can see my mom looking at me with that judgmental face of her

"you two are so handsome boys for sure, i bet how the girls can't leave you alone, right Ashley?" My grandma asked smiling

"I try to focus more on studying" I said smiling, and I could see Denis razing an eyebrow at me

I just want to change the subject because apparently sexuality is the favorite subject in this house...why don't we talk about the weather instead?

"You are a smart kid,women are crazy" my grandpa laughed

"Denis has a girlfriend and she is so beautiful and polite you have to meet her, her name is Alissa" my mom said smiling like she really like the girl

She only trees Alissa well because she comes from a very rich family, behind her back she is another person

"We'd love to meet her some time" my grandpa said

"Actually we broke up" Denis said looking down

"Oh I didn't know that, why you didn't tell me?"

Actually Alissa found out that Denis was cheating on her with five other girls...poor girl

I love my grandparents but every time they come here it's always the same questions

After Dinner I went to my room and started texting Andy, his birthday is in a few days and I don't know what should I get him, so I decided to just ask him

Ands:
You don't need to get me anything Ashes, really ♡

Ashes:

But I want to, It's been a while, I miss holding you and leaving kisses all over your face :(

Ands:
awe Babe me too :( alright, what the perfect gift to me would be spend the whole day with you, what about that?

Ashes:
What if I take you on a date? 

Ands:
I would love that more than anything ♥

Ashes:
Can't wait xx

Ands:
So...we'll make out

Ashes:
Silly, of course we will, I will! :p

Andys:
Yaaay!! 😂

He is a dork sometimes but he is MY dork, I love him

We texted until I fell asleep in the middle of the conversation, he hates when I do this haha he is so dramatic...

and as for his birthday gift...I have a surprise for him that he'll never be able to forget and I know my boyfriend he is going to love it
