One too many cold nights have past since I've felt your warm embrace take hold of me.
The clock has stopped, it is frozen in time since you walked out into the freezing winter, wearing nothing but a scarf.

Warmth is a feeling remembered so well but is nothing short from alien.
The stones that make this tower I slumber in each night are the same temperature as the endless vacuum of space, that is know as heart break.

You promised, that on a most unexpected day, you would return to free me from this icy prison in my chest,
But I lie here in wait, with no sense of a shimmer of hope.
On the day you left here, you took something, with no intent to return.
Now. My heart, Is as cold as snow.
