ELLEAZAR

My dad brought me to a place which was very new to me, it was like a paradise. I've never seen such a wonderful place like this before. It was far from the place I used to play when I was still living at Gondo. I saw children playing at the ground wearing their neat and beautiful clothes. There is not a single child who looks ragged.

"Son, this place is called El Gran Paraiso, a play ground made only for the elite children, just like you. From now on you can play here anytime you want," my dad said.

"Wooaah!" I was speechless and overwhelmed by the beauty of this place.

I saw colorful play equipments such as the seesaw, merry-go-round, swingset, slide, jungle gym, chin-up bars, sandbox, spring rider, trapeze rings, playhouses and castles made out of blocks, mazes, and many more.

There are plenty of blooming Trees, plants and flowers sorrounding the place. The white small peables was complementing the groomed grasses on the ground and the entire landscape was designed perfectly pleasing for the eyes of the children. I could also see many guards are roaming around to make sure the safety and security of the elite children. There are food carts and stalls near the sidewalk selling hot dogs, popcorns, ice creams, candies and many more. The playground was also facilitated with a building where the clinic was located, and at the side of the clinic are the locker rooms and the comfort rooms.

When I was still living at Gondo, I don't have much time to play like the other kids because I must help my mother to collect scraps from the garbages, and sell it at the junkshops. We don't have play ground at Gondo, and the place we could have as our playground was far different from what the elite children have. Ours was terribly awfull and rubbish, it was muddy and it looks shabby, it was never been this beautiful like the playground of the elite children. Our toys was from the garbage and we make our own toys using scrap materials from the garbage.

"Go, play with them," my dad said. My dad is the doctor on duty here in the clinic of El Grand Paraiso. My dad was a Surgeon Consultant at a reknowned hospital which was also owned by our family. If he is not busy, he would ask for a schedule to be the doctor on duty here at El Gran Paraiso. Most doctors from the elites do the same thing.

"Go, I'll be right here in the clinic," he said, and then I run excitedly at the slides.

"No! I'm the queen! So, you must obey my rules!" I heard a voice of a familiar girl. I am certain, it was Celestine. I had already memorized her the moment I first met her. Hindi ako maaaring magkamali. Hinanap ko ang kinaroroonan ng boses niya at hindi nga ako nagkamali, siya nga!

"Celestine! This is just a play, but you're acting as if everything is real! We are not your servant!" galit na sabi ng isang batang babae.

"We don't wanna play with you anymore! You, bossful brat!" Itinulak siya ng isa pang batang babae at iniwan siya.

"How dare you treat a queen like that! You must get punished!" sigaw ni Celestine at saka hinabol ang batang nag tulak sa kanya at sumabunutan hanggang sa nagkagulo na. It was four versus Celestine.

I got worried, so I came to rescue her. "Tama na!" Pinigilan ko sila. "Ako na lang ang gagawa ng lahat ng gusto mo, Celestine—" Hindi ko pa natatapos ang sinasabi ko nang magsalita siya.

"Oh, no! No! Don't you dare call me with my name!" maawtoridad na bulyaw niya. "Call me—your highness," utos niya sa akin.

"Your highness," sabi ko at ngumiti.
