Part 6~Mouthwatering White Sari

Recap: Geet: uhh..can you help me to hook this on? hello anyone there?
Maan could not place his finger on it but that voice was familiar and it brought a soothing calmness into his heart.
He slowly approaches towards that familiar voice.

Part 6: Mouthwatering White Sari
 
Maan knocks on the fitting room door and is about to speak when geet quickly opens it thinking it's the sales lady. She does not even look up to see who it is. Her hair is over her face and her back is toward the door. She just says, "can you help me with this strap please?"
 
Again Maan thinks he knows the woman but can't see her face and Geet has her back turned so she can't see Maan's face either.
 
Maan decided to help the woman so that he could see who this woman was. He touches Geet's fingers as well as back and that just sends currents down his body.
 
Geet also feels a familiar warmth.
Geet turns around to say thank you, but instead finds herself speechless when she sees its Maan.
 
Both of them say at the same time: TUMMMM!!!!

Geet is about to scream but Maan steps into the fitting room and quickly covers her mouth with his hand. (Somehow the door also manages to close by itself..u know that type of doors.)
 
Maan: Don't scream. Is that how u say "hi" to people. Everytime I see you, you're always screaming. The night I saved you from the water, the next morning when we were asleep and now as well.
 
Geet: Get off me. Why the hell are you here and who told you to touch me?
 
Maan: excuse me for trying to help a woman in distress? If I remember correctly you were the one that was calling for help so I came to help.
 
Geet: I was asking for the sales lady's help not urs. It seems that whatever opportunity you can get to touch me and come near me you don't hesitate to lose that chance.
 
Maan:whattttttttt!!!!!! Do you know who I am???? MSK. I am Maan Singh Khurana!!!! I have thousands of beautiful and sexy girls after me..dying to meet me...dying to talk to me. You're not some angel for me to be so desperate for.
 
Geet: Well Mr.MSK than you please go after those girls whom you find attractive and beautiful because clearly you think I am ugly. Then please don't waste your precious time with me and leave.
 
Maan couldn't believe what he was hearing.
 
Maan: I do not think your ugly okay and since we are talking about how you look than let me just say that you look mouth watering in this Whie Sari. It truly brings out your complexion and gives emphasis to your big brown eyes.(maan starts grinning).
 
Geet: Get out!!!!!(Geet did not think Maan was serious and thought he was just teasing her).
 
Maan gets out and thinks to himself: Oh my god did I just say that. what the hell is going on with me. This woman is driving me crazy. whenever I am with her I always do the opposite of what I usually do or say.  
 
Announcement: "15 minutes before the mall closes."
 
Maan: oh crap i have to still get something for Vicky..! let me try on this blazer.
 
Meanwhile geet changes out of the white sari and decides to get the red sari.
 
As she is coming out she sees maan trying on the blazer.
 
Geet: you don't look like the type that would wear such clothes. It doesn't fit your egotistical personality.
 
Maan: oh yeah does that mean I don't look hot in this? Oh great then that means I can't get it for my younger brother.
 
Geet: What? What does it have to do with your brother?
 
Maan: I was trying this on to see if it looked good so than I could decide if it also would look good on my younger brother.  As a gift for his birthday. Why am I even explaining this to you?
 
Geet: In that case you should get it for your brother then. It will definitely look hot on him.
 
Maan: but you don't even know how my brother looks like or his personality. I also think his personality is far from egotistical. And just a second ago you said this jacket did not look good on me. But now why do you have a change in heart??(maan starts to grin).
 
Geet: (geet is hesitating) You know you're right why are you talking about this stuff with me.
 
Announcement: "10 minutes left till mall closes."
 
Maan and geet both hurry to buy their stuff.
 
Maan buys the blazer as geet is putting the white sari away.
 
Maan: why are you putting that away. It looked good on you.
 
Geet: that is exactly why I am not going to buy it because you like it.
 
Maan:Ouch..you hate me that much but I don't hate you that much. I bought this blazer even though you said I should buy it.
 
Geet: well that's your problem.
 
Maan: Buy the white sari. I am a guy and u should take a guy's opinion.
 
Geet thought to herself: why am I making such a big deal. and I kind of like the white one better too.
 
Geet goes over and buys the white sari.
(maan can't wipe the smile off his face).
 
Geet buys it and before she leaves she tells maan, " that blazer really looked good on you. And since I am a girl you should take a girl's opinion (grinning at using maan's line back at him).
 
Maan: Than what am I supposed to get my brother for his birthday??
 
Geet puts her bag down and takes off her necklace. 
 
Maan puts his bag down as well because geet opens his hand and puts the necklace into maan's hand.  "Here give this to him".  I know this may look cheap to a guy like you. But I think you should gift your brother something that symbolizes your strong relationship with each other. This necklace was my brother's but he passed away 5 years ago. He gave me this necklace before he died.I want you to give it to your brother as his gift. I think it will make ur relationship with ur brother stronger.
 
Geet then picks up her bag and leaves.
 
Maan just stood there speechless. "Did this woman who fought with me 5 minutes ago just give me her dead brother's necklace to me. That was unexpected and thoughtful. This was just the kind of thing I was looking for. He tries to go after geet but is not able to find her. He just wanders how could someone just give away one of their most prized possessions away to a stranger. Wait....am I a stranger to her?
