• CHAPTER THREE •

Emerald Forest Ackhart

I was raised in a small village just outside of a castle town called Silvercrest. my village was called Eastbourne. I may have a small appearance, but as of right now I'm eleven years old. Growing up I was always shy, I still am. But I still wanted to make friends.

My parents would never let me play with any of the children. This made me grow even more shy. One thing I figured out was, I looked nothing like either of my parents. I figured this out when I was eight and the local bully said something to me.

I had green eyes, but my mom had lilac  and my dad had brown. My hair was a fawn brown color, while my mom's was a pastel red and my dad's was black.

I was always scared to ask them why I was so different. But I did not want to mess up my relationship with them. They were always so nice to me. Loving, caring, overly protective. My dad was even a experienced magic healer. My mom was more of the warrior type, but she didn't have any magic. My father taught me at home because my parents were to protective for me to go to school.

As the years passed I only managed to make one friend. And that was an old man who new my parents really well. He and I would always go pick flowers. He would always call me little flower cause I knew my way around all kinds of different plants. Me and him soon were split apart. In fact, I was split from everyone I loved. This happened today. The Eastbourne was attacked by the only heard to live in the underworld. Under wolves. I seemed to be the only survivor.. I thought I was going to be alone forever until, she came.
