Ruby POV
To cheer penny up, me and my team decided to take her out to hang. Penny had a... Reaction to seeing all of the statues that were made in her honor. We decided to approach them to see what it was

Penny: Ruby... What is this?
Ruby: a statue that everyone made in honor of your sacrifice
Penny:......
Yang: don't you like it?

Penny only glares at it as she walks closer to it. What she did next suprised not only me, but also the people around us. She began to desmantle it and destroy it with her bare hands. We had to hold her back before she destroyed anything else... When I looked back at the statue I noticed that her upper body was greatly damaged and her head was destroyed

Yang: PENNY STOP!
Blake: WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!

Penny then ripped out of our grip and turned to us while being clearly frustrated.

Penny: honor? HONOR? This. This... She is NOTHING to be celebrated!
Ruby: Are... Are you ok penny?

Penny then turns to me with a still angered look as I saw tears begin to emerge from her eyes

Penny: I failed. I shouldn't have anything for honor... My brothers death shouldn't be celebrated.

Yang then hugged penny as she wipped her tears away.

Penny: she... She is nothing to be appreciated
Ruby: ok ok so you don't like your statues.. Lets just... Go somewhere else

Penny nods as she drags us away from the destroyed statue. We didn't notice the smile penny had as her eyes glowed a little

Timeskip

?Penny? POV
Once RWBY left me to return to beacon I decided to leave and head back to atlas. As I was walking over to the bullhead I was cut off by a voice in my head

I shook my head as I ignored the meaningless scramble of words and headed into the bullhead
