SEOUL CITY, 8:15 P.M.

SATURDAY

  ☂

she placed the two noodle containers  into the microwave.

waiting as they heated up. her stomach killed her from the hunger.

she leaned against the kitchen counter as she admired the view through her window. the pouring rain was strong enough to break through the glass. the wind sounded loud and thudded as it dragged leaves along with it.

she flinched at the piercing sound of the frightening thunder. she hated storms, they freaked her out. especially since the lightning was so vivid.

she jumped as the roaring thunder erupted.

her stomach growled, reminding her of the noodles she left to burn.

she hurriedly grabbed the containers from the microwave, placing them on the counter. the girl tossed the warm, juicy noodles into a large glass bowl. grabbing her chopsticks. she sat at the dinner table, as she made herself comfortable-- ready to have a meal.

her mouth was parched, she drooled just staring at the noodles. dipping the chopsticks into the juicy noodles, she began eating-- grinning as she satisfied her stomach. "mm-- amazing," she spoke, gladly.

her mind was too focused on the noodles, she had forgotten about the loud, thudding, roaring thunder that struck every two seconds.

the doorbell rung suddenly, out of the blue.

the girl furrowed her eyebrows, irritated. "ugh! let me eat in peace," she scoffed as she headed towards the front door. she was too raged to check who it was. she simply swung the door open.

a boy appeared in front of her. he was soaked, shivering beneath the rain. he looked terrified and out of breathe, like he had been running a thousand miles.

"c-can I come in? p-please?" he spoke, trying to catch his breath. the girl frowned, not knowing what to do. "i-i'm sorry I can't let you in," she hesitated.

"n-no please. i- i'll do anything please" he pleaded. he was too eager, like his life depended on it. "what if you're a rapist?" she asked, cockily. the boy's eyes grew wider. "w-what? i- i'm not" he spoke, puzzled at her sudden assumption.

isabella felt horrible. she couldn't just leave him out in the piercing, cold rain. he didn't seem as such a criminal. she sighed; however, she motioned him to come in. "fine" she stepped aside to let him in. he grinned, joyfully. "th-thank you"

isabella rolled her eyes as she shut the door.

"dont you dare poop on my couch," she spat mischievously. the boy furrowed his brows, not understanding if she was serious or not.

"my father is a navy seal, there are weapons in this house-- you hear me!?" the girl frightened the day lights out of the poor boy. he looked at her with wide eyes, trying to gulp the lump that creeped up inside his throat.
