Chapter Nine - Ready To Fall

I sang the song "Mad" with pure anger.

Drew looked up at me knowing who exactly the song was about.

I slowly finished up the song fighting back the tears.

Two Hours Later

After I finished packing I wiped my tears away and texted my mom.

Text: Are you here?

A second later she replied.

Text: Plane just landed, text ya when I get a hotel.

I sighed as Jessica opened the door. "So you're really leaving huh?" I nodded. "I was stupid to think he liked me like that. I should've known I was just a rebound." She hugged me. "Call me if you're ever in Canada."

Drew's POV:

I was writing in a notebook when I felt someone slap me upside the head. "OW!" I turned around to see Jessica. "What the hell?!" She said throwing her arms up in the air. "I didn't know writing was a crime." "No but letting Zoe leave is!" I sighed. "She hates me." "Yeah no kidding." She scuffed. "Just leave me alone." "Running away as always." She walked away.

I looked at Zoe's latest twitter post.

PrincessZoe__Zo: So glad to be leaving LA. Canada, I missed you!

"Oh shit." I said rushing to a taxi that almost hit me. "WHOA!" The driver said. "I need to get to LAX, pronto!" He motioned for me to get in as I rushed in and he rushed off.

Zoe's POV:

I was listening to the song "Ready To Fall" by Joey Fatone on my ipad trying not to cry my eyes out as I sat in the plane seat. "Goodbye Drew." I touched the window as the plane took off.

Drew's POV:

I touched the window crying as the plane left. "Zoe." I said outta breathe.
