It had been about 2 months since Vee and Leo told the rest about the pregnancy and Vee was over two months pregnant now, a small bump had formed but it was hardly noticeable but Vee will get there. Splinter made her stop with her training so she could relax and take it easy with the baby. She didn't mind she enjoy relaxing she was sitting on the couch reading a book she found and was enjoying it. Leo came from the kitchen with her tea she had asked for him to make even though she could walk on her own but she felt like relaxing at the moment, "Here you go." Leo said with a smile, "Thank you Leo." Vee said taking the cup from him after she placed down the book on her lap Leo sat next to her as she sip from her cup, "Hmm this is good." She said as she took another sip.

Glad you liked it." He said placing his hand over the small bump that formed on her stomach Vee giggled, "You like to put your hand on my bump, don't you?" She questioned putting her cup down on the table yo look at him, "Well yeah because our little one is in here growing inside you and developing as well." Vee rolled her eyes while shaking her head with a small smile on her face Leo laughs when she did that she only looked at him as he still laughed but stopped to look at her Vee smiled and got up from the couch, "Where you going?" He asked, "Bathroom." Vee said walking without looking at Leo he smiled and turned to look at the book she was reading. It was a baby's storybook and to his surprise it was the book that Splinter use to read to him and his brothers, 'Little blue bird.'

He looked up to see if Vee wasn't coming he turned back and picked up the book he looked and saw where little blue bird was crying because of him being lost and did not know the way back home. He smiled and remembered Mikey almost cried because of little blue bird was lost, sad and far away from home.

"See you looking at the book I'm reading." He turned to see Vee coming over to the couch with a smile, "Yeah I'm surprise that you found our childhood storybook. Where did you find this book?" He said as she sat down next to him. "I found it under our bed when I was cleaning for a bit then I saw a couple of children's children's books and this one caught my attention and thought it was cute and I'm reading it for the baby even if he or she can't hear me yet." Vee said chuckling a bit.

Leo smiled he remembers that Splinter would tell him to put away the books in a safe place and the safe place was under his bed, "But why were these books under our bed?" Vee asked he looks up at her and smiles, "When me and the guys were little Master Splinter would read us these stories to get us to sleep. He would tell me to put the books away in a safe place so the only safe place I could think of was under the bed and when Splinter asks me to get one of the stories. I would run to my room and get the book out what I thought was perfect so that's why their there." Leo said as he looked at it Vee looked at the book then at Leo she smiled, "Do you want me to read it to you?" She asked making Leo look up at her.

He looked down at it and gave a small smile, "If that is what you want to do." He said giving the book to her she smiled and opened it from the beginning as she sat close to Leo as she puts her head on his shoulder, "Near a stream was a tree and in this tree lived a bird that was called little blue bird." Vee read turning the page, "Little blue bird was happy in his tree and the nest that was made by his mother was very comfortable for him to sit in and sleep in as well." Vee and Leo didn't know that Splinter was watching them from the dojo. It reminded him of how he use to read and Vee had offered to read Leo the little blue bird story. He enjoyed it he went back to the dojo to continue to meditate.

"And so little blue bird had found his way home thanks to the help of his new friends, The End." Vee finished and closed the book she looked to her side to see that Leo had fallen asleep which looked cute. She smiled and kissed his forehead she pits the book down and went to the bathroom.

Mikey cane walking in the living room and saw Leo asleep he looked over the couch and saw the storybook, "Whoa! Little blue bird its been a long time since I heard this story!" He was about to open it when it was snatched from him he looked to see Leo had it in his hand without opening his eyes as he was still sleeping. Mikey looked down as he was about to grabbed the book again when he felt a tap on his shoulder making him jump and spun around he saw Vee looking at him.
