The next couple of months went by rather quickly again and everybody was preparing for the twins, baby proofing and double for the upcoming twins in the lair. They had moved the guest bedroom stuff in the storage room and they had started making it into a nursery for the twins they had painted the walls a green and blue them (almost like a forest theme) after that they putting the cribs, changing table, bookshelf, the strollers and the rest of the baby stuff in and made sure it was in the right place.

Donnie had placed a lock on his lab door as he didn't want his future nieces or nephews to wonder in and get hurt, let alone touch his projects. He did regular check ups with Vee as she grew and grew. Anna would help being Vee's midwife, she'll let Donnie deliver Vee's babies, Dannie will help clean and check on the babies when they would be born and make sure they were okay.

Vee was now 9 months pregnant with the twins and she had tried to keep her mood swings and cravings under control but it hasn't been easy. Donnie had told the rest that the twins would be born within another week or so which made Vee excited but she couldn't wait for the babies to be born! Leo was also pretty excited but he was caution about Vee since she's really close to give birth to their children so he will make sure Karai doesn't get her or this could be ugly.

"We're just going out for a jog Vee I'll be back before you know it, it's much safer if you stayed here, you are close in giving birth to the twins and I can't risk things." Leo said trying to keep calm with Vee but it seems her mood swing was getting to her again, "Oh! So while you and the rest go out for a jog, I'm stuck down here with nothing but thus dump! I need fresh air Leonardo Hamato and so does the twins! It's not healthy for the three of us to be cooped up down here!" Vee yelled at him which made him cringe a bit but stood his ground.

"No Vee you have to stay I'm only doing this to protect you and the babies I can't risk things with you if we are outside!" Leo said as he tried not to yell at her but she glared, "No way I'm staying here another minute! Think of the babies Leo! They need fresh air as much as I do!" Vee yells at him Leo would have said more but then the sound of a cane was slammed on the floor. "ENOUGH!" They looked to see Splinter walking with a cup of tea, as he was going to watch his programs, "Victoria you may have your wish but only for an hour at the most I do not want to risk it either with you...Leonardo you and your brothers will look after her and be on your guard you may never know what could happen, now if you don't mind I would like to watch my stories in peace." He said and walked over to the TV.

Vee gave a pleasant smile and stuck her tongue out at Leo showing she won. She went to their room to put comfortable shoes and then came downstairs, Leo shook his head and gave a sigh. "Come on guys you heard Master Splinter." He said making the others groan and they left. But little do they know that a certain someone has a plan to get Vee and the children and to try a nasty thing in doing so.

Karai was in the lab of Dr. Chaplin looking over the things he'll need for the operation. She then felt another presence behind her saw the red head Russian woman coming in with some papers. "Ah thank you Dahlia just what I need." She said and took the papers from her, Dahlia looked at the table her hand turns into a fist in thought of what happened four years ago. "What are you planning Mistress?" Dahlia asked wanting to make sure that Karai doesn't know what she already knows.

Karai stop looking at the papers and turn to her, "Why do you wish to know?" She asked as she walked over to Chaplin, "Can one be curious?" She asked looking at her nails then back to Karai who saw that she wanted to know but just smirked, "Let's just say that an important guest is coming for a visit dear Dahlia and will be in this very same room that Charlotte Harmony was with her...child." Karai said turning away looking at the papers. Dahlia's hands curled into two fists and held in a growl as she had mentioned her sister's name but she quickly calmed down.
