Lights

(The 20th of December)

Zane's POV:

Garroth hasn't left his room in days. He hasn't eaten anything and his phone charger is on the kitchen table so his phone is obviously out of charge.

I felt realy bad so I made him some bacon and took it and the charger upstairs. I kicked his door open and he screamed.

"Wow, the door smashing master is terrified of his brother kicking a door open. Wowwwww," I said in a casual voice,

"What are you thinking! You're supposed to smash it!" Garroth shouted.

"Any way.....  I have bacon," I said, putting it down on his bedside table.

"Ok," He mumbled, "Do you think you could get me my phone charger?"

"No," I said,

"What? I can litteraly see it in your hand!"

"Well you see, this years christmas light compotision is today and I wanted us to enter!"

Garroth gave me a confused look and asked me why. I told him that it was to get our mind of thing and just have fun.

"But why can't I have my charger?"

"You'll get it back when we win."

1 hour later...

"So we have blue, green, red, white and black lights," Garroth said,

"Good, you get the ladder and I can start with the down stairs windows."

I went round to the back and hung a string of lights around the window when I heard a twig snap behind me.

I spun around to see Kawaii-Chan creaping away from her garden and towards me.

"So... Katelyn huh?" I asked,

"Hehehehehe. Kawaii-Chan wanted to make sure you and Garroth-kun where doing ok,"

"Well Garroth is helping me deco the house and I think he ate the bacon I made today"

"That's great! Kawaii-Chan actualy made you guys some cupcakes," She said handing me a box full of pink, frosted cupcakes,

"Wow! Thanks!" I said, "Any way, we're still up for boxing day right?"

She nodded and kissed my cheek before rushing back to her own house.

I continued to hang lights when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I slowly turned to see Garroth smiling at me.

"Uhhhh..... Hieeeeeeee," I squeeked

"Secret's safe bro," He said with a wink.

After decorating the house,

"And the winners are," the judge said, "Dante and Travis!"

"WHAT?" Everyone else screamed while Dante and Travis went insane.

"All that for nothing!" I shouted,

"Sooo no charger then?" Garroth asked.

I handed him his charger and went home. Well at least he looks like his doing better.
